I'll post a serious review. This game sucks. It looks great but makes no sense. Got glitched into a spot and when I saw I had to start all over again from the beginning because of that, I just quit. Don't waste your time.
This game literally does nothing new in the mascot horror scene, it's a sloppily put together game that has a weird story-line that makes absolutely no sense. And it REALLY sucks when I paid FIVE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ DOLLARS FOR THIS (when it was on sale), And I was not only hyped for the game, but I personally know the developer. I should be more supportive for a game like this since i'm making one of my own but it's just not good at all. Please don't waist your money or time...

this game is straight ass bro i spent 90% of my time in the platforming sections cuz the game has ♥♥♥♥ controls AND ♥♥♥♥ sens i wouldnt recommend this game to anyone not even my worst enemy if i had to choose between this game and forever darkness id choose the darkness
If you like games with a fair amount of platforming, have to die multiple times to figure out what to do at certain parts of the game, redoing the same section over and over, backtracking and looking for hidden items in the room for half the game. You might enjoy it. I didn't enjoy this game and ended up Alt+F4 in the second section involving pipes. There's no indication or help on how to solve sections. if you die you have to repeat that section and keep dying over and over just to find the right path.. I wouldn't mind doing it the once, but having to go back through the same way trying to remember which ones are safe and then having to do it ALL OVER AGAIN in the next room.... It's too frustrating and tedious. I didn't like that you have to go through rooms to then go back all the way back through them to the beginning to place a crystal on a pedestal with no reason to why. If you make a mistake near the end of that room and die you have to redo the room again that you get more and more frustrated just to get back to where you came from. I think it would have been more enjoyable if you could just progress through each section without having to back track with a crystal. make it so that end of each segment you have the button to turn to open a door to progress and add more sections with puzzles instead of trying to fill the gameplay time of backtracking and platform jumping. From what I read it's 20-30 mins gameplay which majority of it is probably dying over and over or spending that time trying to find the items that you need to progress somewhere in the room. Not worth the money it is now.
Price/Value: Not worth Puzzles: Stolen Models: Trash Lore: Bad Lighting: Makes your PC struggle Movement: Horrible Optimization: Nonexistent Replayablity: None Does make banban look like the best game ever made?: 1 million yeses Refundability/Under 2 hours: Yes, the only good yes Better Options: Literally every other game
As a mascot horror, adventure horror game, I think it's a bit disappointing that the game is short, but I think the immersive graphics and atmosphere as well as the level design are well made. If you are a fan of Poppy Playtime, Garten of banban, etc., I can recommend you to play it. it was fun! https://youtu.be/0j897LzyR0o

This feels like it needs some more playtesting and patches. There are no mouse sensitivity controls, videos can't be skipped, dynamic lighting seems to work the opposite of how you'd expect it to (low-light areas get darker as you get closer to them instead of lighter), and the mechanics are pretty uncompromising, unintuitive, and inconsistent (the predatory pipes, for instance). I wanted to stick with this because the premise felt inspired, but after about forty minutes, it felt too frustrating and unpolished to continue. Hoping it gets tweaked and that the game finds success regardless!
Alright first things first, I can see the resemblance to Garten of BanBan, Joyville, PoppyPlaytime. However, all these new Mascot horror games have their own Unique style, gameplay and story so you can't hate on it. I for one enjoyed the game for what it was, although, for a playthrough that is around 20-25min, shouldn't cost much money, maybe £2.00 GBP - $4.00 USD (certainly not £6.00 GBP - $8.00 USD) . Thoughts: The game was good though, I enjoyed my time on it and the Mascot reminded me of my own Mascot for my YouTube channel. I liked the gameplay, hated the parkour sections, loved the ambience, sounds and childish visuals. I have also recorded a video on the game with my reactions and to be honest, I want to see where this game goes, roll on for Playtown: Chapter 2. Recorded Video: https://youtu.be/cQyKr74z5Rc
