[/h1] It might look like a cash grab or an asset flip, and while in fact it probably is, I choose to believe in the genuine effort of a first-time game developer. Plattis is a very basic 2D platformer with only 12 levels. Make use of your double jump ability to maneuver to the end of the end level while stomping monsters and avoiding pits and spikes. Collect 10 apples to gain an extra life. [b]The good[/b] Not much to say here. The game has Steam achievements, and they are not that hard to get for you perfect game collectors. Quite short at 12 levels, and it has level select in case you game over. Each level has its own background music. [b]The bad[/b] First of all, a very bad visual style; most of the time you don’t know where the platform is or what the intended path is. Glitchy graphics and bad lighting are the least of the problems.The jump is very floaty, and the character is slow to turn in midair. You can literally fall into the ground, causing a soft lock. There is no reset option in the menu. In fact, there is no menu button at all! [h1]Enemies[/h1] There is not a huge variety of enemies, but for mere 12 levels, I would say it’s plenty. You have classic patrolling units, flying patrollers, basic shooters, spikey snails, and stomping chickens. [h1]Summary[/h1] Once you get used to the movement, it’s a decent platformer for fans of the genre. I completed all levels in around 20 minutes in one sitting, so it shouldn’t cause you any trouble at all. It needs a lot of polishing before I can recommend it, though. Rating: 3/10

But it does make it so easy to spot when any developer is scamming people. The products that result from asset flips aren't "real" games. They lack depth and content, because they're just simplistic copies of demos or tutorials. In this case, "Pixel Adventure 1" is just a basic tutorial pack to teach people how to make a simple 2D retro pixel platformer (this time with some backgrounds stolen from somewhere else on the internet), and doesn't have any merit as a proper, fully fledged PC game, so this copy+paste of it can't be recommended. Asset flips don't involve any professional game development. Sure, sometimes they may change a few cosmetic things, swap out different assets etc, but at heart it's functionally identical to the asset they're ripping off. Asset flips like this are harmful to the gaming industry and to Steam because they reduce the visibility that sincerely made indie games should have, and make it harder for gamers to find real games from genuine developers. The "Positive" review score on this game should be disregarded due to this review manipulation. Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from 10 games studios. Platis is a 2.5D scroller. The player gathers assorted fruit while avoiding numerous enemies. This is definitely not Super Mario. The game has some moving platforms and other hazards to add to the challenges. Game awards an extra life for collecting 10 pieces of fruit etc. The player can jump over enemies and land on them to kill them. The control is a tad tricky but with some practice it is not that bad. Playing the game on my Lenovo P52 with Quadro P1000 graphics. The game is playable but a stronger GPU seems to be needed at 1920x1080. The poor performance is due to the Unreal engine for a scroller.

12 bölüm var yarım saat bile sürmüyor. Çok fazla hata mevcut ekran sürekli titriyor. Platformlardan zıplarken nereye düşeceğimizi kestiremiyoruz. Zor kategorisinde olduğunu varsayarsak bazı sorunları göz ardı edebiliriz çünkü o zaman oyun 15 dakika da bitecekti. Ayrıca yarısında çıktınız diyelim, oyun kaldığınız yerden devam etmiyor ne yazık ki. Alt f4 çektiğiniz an baştan başlıyorsunuz. Fiyatını haketmiyor maalesef.

Plattis - to platformowa zręcznościowa gierka 2d połączona z 3d w której jako robot przechodzimy przez różne światy aż dojdziemy do pucharu, na drodze napotkamy różnych przeciwników oraz jabłka których uzbieranie 10ciu daje nam dodatkowe życie. Możemy podwójnie skakać oraz odbijać się od ścian. Gra zawiera 12 poziomów. Da się zdobyć wszystkie osiągnięcia. ✅ Mi się podobała, polecam 👍😎

In general.... The game is purely for fans of Mario or similar platformers. There is nothing - music, story, gameplay - everything is missing. Shaders, collision and a bunch of things - do not work on any level. This game is a draft for the developer, my opinion. And such a cost is not justified.

Decent platformer, maybe a bit hard.
