About
Explore a procedurally generated planet filled with resources to harvest, alone or with friends - with a variety of biomes and creatures to discover. Encounter structures containing potentially rare items, from materials to craft new items, to a brand new piece of armour, or maybe even something to lure evil towards you?
Build your base across a walkable seamless planet surface to protect yourself and fight off calamitous beasts - if successful, you may have the ingredients to construct a new weapon!
When the planet's creatures cannot be stopped by your power, assemble a rocket and explore new worlds, or even visit the local space station to engage with the economy or converse with the inhabitants!
Planeturem's engine is written entirely from scratch in C++, designed from the ground up for the game. This means it will run on pretty much any computer you can find!

good game. multiplayer is fun
I dont recommend this game for the price of 7$, there are better games out there maybe slightly higher or lower that you can get more playtime out of than this one. For being fully released it is very minimal. Build your base? Why though it serves almost little to no purpose. Exploring new planets? There is one more other than the one you are on. Very misleading description to be honest. I'd skip this one if I were you, unless they add a bit more content than currently in game.
charming little game, impressive considering made from scratch by a indie dev
Cute game that has a lot of potential, but I think it is abandoned. The dev isn't active on Discord or the forums, so I cannot recommend it.
you can't place workbenches, furnaces and chests on top of wood flooring, but you can walk on it, so guess building permissions need some tweaks. there are some enemies but i have only found slimes so far., though the video shows others so im looking forward to that. it's nice that you can customize the world by building blocks and platforms etc. the dungeons are just boring rooms. the room you start next to with the npc disappeared and turned into a dungeon? i think, or i've somehow lost the location, not sure if the shop moves around or if i'm just dumb... the building still looks like wood however, and not like the stone ones you find around the map... haven't found any armor or armor crafting recipes yet, though maybe it'll be unlocked after certain actions? i've already got the anvil and workbench, so it's a bit strange that there's nothing. maybe i need like an obscene amount of wood to make wood armor? not sure yet. made a small house, not much to say here, it doesn't have a door. there apparently is quite a lot more to explore so i'm looking forward to it. i bought the game during a sale, i'd recommend people do the same as there seems to be some lack of polish, but the game seems interesting enough as is. i wish there were more ore deposits, but maybe i should just explore further. currently 7/10, but when i play it more, maybe i'll up it to 8/10 whenever i update this review. going to try some fishing next since i've gathered a decent amount of worms, guessing that's what they are for. one negative: i couldn't change any keybinds. EDIT: unable to attack the raven boss benjamin with melee at all, the range at which it hits you, compared to the sword you use, means you can't ever damage him. i suppose this means i'll have to use a bow, but i feel like it should be doable with both weapon types, kind of a bummer... as for exploration, it's very sparse, there's not much to find, and after exploring for a while, i haven't found anything new other than cactuses. the issue with the npc missing (the house turning into a dungeon with 3 chests) is still the case. i haven't found any other enemies than slimes still in the world. no new locations that seem interesting, and i can't figure out if there's a map in the game so it's easy to get lost (following where i've walked in the past to make it back, since i haven't unlocked teleportation.)
easy to control, great scenery. Great game!
Juego abandonado.
Charming and compelling. The loop is pretty short, and there are some kinks to wrinkle out (like not being able to place things on floors), but this has the makings of something special!
