Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 4 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Was a good while when I played it. A lot of fun coming up with groups and seeing how well you they do, though there was some battle that were total bs.
This game is good! Why is this the odd one of all their games?
I'm on the edge with this one. If this was literally any more expensive I wouldn't recommend it. Even then, you should probably wait to get it on sale. Pit People has the same humor and aesthetics as Behemoth's other games, so if you like Castle Crashers and BattleBlock Theater you'll like the vibes and humor of this one, though it tries to take itself a little bit more seriously than its predecessors. In fact, if you've played BattleBlock Theater, this game
is actually a stealth sequel and takes a semi serious approach to Hatty's fate at the end of the game and the narrator going "it all makes sense now!"
, so I recommend you at least cutscene binge Pit People on YouTube if you're a big BattleBlock fan like I am. It's quirky, it's funny...but the gameplay won't be for everyone, even among fans of this genre. Pit People is a tactics game, similar to something like Fire Emblem. Unlike Fire Emblem though, I never felt like I had full control of my units; there aren't any commands in this game outside of movement, so all you do is move everyone around and let the auto battling system play out. This is, in my opinion, the most make or break feature in the game. Pit People is a TACTICS game where your tactical options feel extremely limited and sometimes entirely automatic, just throwing your characters at a horde of enemies and praying they actually hit the ones you want them to hit. The main story missions are better about this with dynamic boss fights, but the random encounters and side quests all felt pretty mindless, which is a shame because if you want to get the most out of this game, you're gonna need to do a lot of random encounters and side quests. The story itself is pretty short. The lack of dedicated commands also makes the game's permadeath mode feel very, VERY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, since sometimes your units will die by what feels like forces outside of your control, just because you don't have as much control over all your characters. To be fair, the game's not all bad. While it doesn't have dedicated commands, every unit type/"class" in this game all feel distinct and diverse, so unit types don't blend together. Team building is a huge focus, including a Pokemon-esque catching mechanic during wild encounters. And like I said, some of the main story missions are very fun with their boss designs. The soundtrack is also hella catchy; if you thought the BattleBlock OST was kind of annoying, don't worry because this game does not have that problem. The co-op mode is...fine, and PvP in the titular pit is underwhelming due to my aforementioned issues with the combat. If you're a big Behemoth fan, chances are you were going to get this game already. If you're an elitist tactics fan who likes doing niche challenge runs and making crazy builds out of your units, this game probably won't be for you. Don't get this game if you're an achievement hunter, the achievements are all very grindy. But if you're looking for something more casual, something very pick up and play with just a dash of depth, then pick up this game on sale.
