Phantasma Director's Cut is the new improved version featuring easier puzzles, a new ending and a strong narrative where you step into the shoes of a deranged mind searching for the truth about a conspiracy involving a TV Show hosted by an annoying Bunny called Flappy.

Got my brain a bit of a workout, hade to cheat one time (i suck at english) so i like to say its ok game. The story did not give me alot of exitement and it was a bit boring but the puzzles was nice. The ending wtf!? xD i like to give revenge.
Experienced on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers. Spoiler-free Review.
Note for Oculus users: despite the mention of snap turning, as of today, there is none. Several items will be beyond standing reach where you can't move to. So a full room-scale setup is recommended although it is possible to finish game if you mess with your sensor setup This is quite simply, communist propaganda propagated by Russian trolls to bring down American capitalism disguised as a puzzle game disguised as a faux anti-consumerist philosophy (see Fight Club). This is not a game. There's only 4 real puzzles. Each puzzle is crafted to ingrain into you a disdain for the American way of life. There's a hint system which you have to read carefully to see the solutions otherwise everything is obtuse. All but one puzzle has television advertisements which will send you subliminal messages needed to hate America and solve the puzzle. If you play this game you are mentally ill. You will need copious amount of drugs. You are trained to kill yourself. These trolls have clearly taken their lead from terrorist organizations. They even have a bunny mascot to hide their evil intentions of bringing down our capitalist systems. You have been warned! Sale Price Rating 7/10. I think it's well-priced given the production values. Can be finished in 30 minutes or if you're a total idiot it can take you up to 5 hours. SPOILERS!
I'm a total idiot. ... look at my time played.
A bit on the short side, 1.5 hours for me to finish it, but exceptionally well-crafted the entire way through. The amount of work and attention to detail put into atmosphere and world-building really shines through, especially in the videos and environments. Puzzles are abstract and challenging, but the hint system consistently gives JUST enough of a nudge to get you on the right track. The story is just as abstract, told only in the barest snippets and bits of background detail, leaving you to piece everything together yourself, as one final puzzle. This is definitely NOT one of those shallow games that spoon-feeds baby bites of plot points to you. It's less about a linear "story," more about peering through tiny holes here and there, glimpsing into a twisted world where things have gone horribly wrong, and have been that way for a long time. Highly recommended while it's on sale. It might be a little too short at full price, but that's up to you.
Phantasma does an excellent job at capturing a very unique but creepy atmosphere. There are no jump scares per say but the foreboding feeling you get traversing though the puzzles laid out was very unique and worthwhile indeed. The dark narrative is reminiscent of other horror games I've tried but very stand alone in its own respect. The puzzles themselves are challenging while not impossible. There is also a hint feature now if you do happen to get stuck. The choice in locomotion is a huge plus catering to the players comfort level. I still have not finished the game but so far I'm around 3 hours in and very pleased with the experience. Highly recommended!
画面音效都可以。房间环境配合钟表滴答声,感觉很压抑。但是————没有中文 玩不明白 第一个房间都出不去。。。移动方式也有点晕,希望能有中文~WE NEED CHINESE~
So i would give this game a 3.5 of 5. But the Dev. could easy to get that score up. Game play itself ws fun, I got to the third scene before I turned it off. Puzzles are engaging, and took a bit of thinking to get through. Here are my Criticisms. All of which could probably be fixed easily. 1) If I dropped a paper on the ground, I could not pick it up. There are alot of sketched pages all around, but If I picked one up, and mistakenly dropped it, it was essentially out of play. 2) Locomotion. There are two different common ways to move around in VR, one is to walk around using the pad to manually walk, the other is to teleport. My game kept switching between the two. It was quite annoying, as the walking around kept moving without me wanting too. It was like, make up your freaking mind already, how am I to move! 3) Which brings us to the next thing, I could not figure out how to open a menu. Give me a menu with a few settings, like movement, maybe volume, or music. 4) Lastly, How the game starts up. when you hit Launch, you jump right into gameplay. Can I have a start menu? I don't usually start a game from VRHome, I start it from my desktop, especially when I'm streaming, i want to make sure everything is working, and OBS is picking up the game properly. Give me a starting Splash page where I can hit Go. I'm not sure yet if my game was saved or not, so here is an opportunity to have, Load Saved Game, or Start a New Game. maybe a settings menu for movement, and sounds. Alright, well I'll be playing again, as I haven't beaten it yet. If i have more to add I will.
Great game and good puzzles.
game starts up and I can tell I will like it, now the but,I cant snap turn, I think ok I give it a try and deal with my cable rapping around me but thats no good, I am now trying to work out the order of doors, unfortunately its stressing me out,not the puzzle it self even though I haven't worked it out yet, my neck hurts and my brain and I loose the will to carry on, just finished the room VR and loved it, Im quiet happy to play a game with teleport but no snap turn just makes it to much of a pain, same as seem like a good game. Oculus Rift S im using.
Phantasma VR has the most elaborate and interesting puzzles among all VR games I've played so far. Add to that very disturbing imagery and ambiguous story and the result is one of the best VR adventures.
the puzzles are hard but it is very worth playing the story is interesting and its great for testing your brain definitely worth the price
