Pet Vet 3D Animal Hospital

Bought these games out of nostalgia because I really enjoyed playing them when I was a kid. However, they do not run very well on modern PC so I can't in good conscience recommend buying them through steam.

I loved this game as a child, and I wanted to play this for the nostalgia :) I find the game entertaining enough and there's a challenge when you have a rush of pets that stay overnight at once. Plus the land surrounding the vet clinic is so pretty and adorable, and the design of your living space gives me so much nostalgia from the mid-2000s. HOWEVER my review is influenced by my love for it as a kid, so here are a few criticisms I have: -The game IS buggy, when I click anywhere, my character sprints at what is probably 3x the speed she should be walking at -Sometimes my character will clip through chairs when she's supposed to be sitting normally on them -Sometimes my character will be hovering above the bed when she sleeps which isn't really a big deal it just creeped me out -When you do an examination on the animals, sometimes there is an error and the text will not show depending on what tools you use. Its not a huge issue though since it still indicates which illness the animal has -The voices are very uncanny valley and a little off-putting but this game was made in 2005 with what I assume was a small budget -Some of the text gets cut off when you use your phone This is just my experience though, otherwise the game runs well and I enjoy spending way too much time on this

I loved this game as a child and I was so excited to accidentally find it on steam. The game does run slow/buggy, so try to set it to Windows XP in the properties and it will run a bit smoother. Considering how old this game is, it's still very entertaining and I still love it.

First time I played it was over 10 years ago. It's a game from my childhood. The gaming process is pretty easy but entertaining, it's good for kids over 7. They can find very interesting information about domestic animals and their deceases. It helped me few times with my cat and I definitely recommend this game to everyone who has a pet or few.

Nostalgic game that takes me back 15 years in time. This version is quite buggy though, like I keep having to deny customers service because they bring in horses despite me not having a horse clinic heheh.

испортили детство!!! хотел насладиться былыми временами, когда мне было 11, но на 20 минуте игры вышла ошибка!!! совсем бессовестные разработчики, халтурщики, нет русского языка, а в детстве была даже потрясающая озвучка. Нет заставки как раньше, которая погружает в лор вселенной Pet Vet 3D Animal Hospital. Прочитал все 5 книг, а educatiom всего на 1 единице!!! Бежит к почте и не останавливается, вокруг одни баги, обитаю в мире багов, Нельзя даже помыться, воняю 3 сутки!!! ХОТЕЛ ПОЛЕЧИТЬ КОТИКОВ, ПОСТРОИЛ ВОЛЬЕР, А ИГРА ВЫЛЕТЕЛА!!!!!!

It works well on my Windows 11 pc and it is just like I remember playing it as a kid :-)

I bought the bundle for nostalgia reasons, like lots of the other reviews. Honestly, the other two games run much better (but still not bug free). If you want the nostalgia hit I recommend picking up one of them instead. This one in particular I found unplayable. My character clipped into objects, incorrect text was being displayed in the diagnosis menu, several lag spikes, etc. I can put up with a lot of bugginess, but this one pushed it too far, even considering the age of the game.

Bought this on sale because I wasn't able to play my actual CD version because I lost the Serial Key. It's just as I remembered, but I've noticed that the stress, the best part of the gameplay imo, was changed. I loved having that stress of wanting to do things but being afraid a client would come in while I'm reading a book and leave. I noticed that in this version, the player walks extremely fast (it looks really weird now) and the clients wait significantly longer for you. I believe that the stress of organizing your time was a big part of the original game, and this version doesn't have that. Even back then, this game was not worth $11.99. Insane price for such a simple game.
