Peaky Blinders: The King's Ransom Complete Edition

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. It broke both my Steam VR and Oculus installs.

Playing on a PC capable of playing most VR games including some really CPU intensive ones well. On the highest quality settings this game did not work at all. On the very lowest quality settings turning in game was stuttery and inconsistent. Had to push on the controller multiple times to get it to work with 'smooth' movement left or right. I thought it would not turn and move forward at first but this sometimes works as well.

I wanted to love this, but damn it's a stutter fest! it's very difficult to enjoy it when there's little to no optimisation! After changing a few Oculus Debug Tool settings to play nice with a link cable.. the game feels completely different, it's now a thoroughly enjoyable experience! Quest 3 users absolutely must change a couple of settings to make things click better for us, via link and not air!

Voila, après 5h, je fini le jeu. J'ai pris mon temps pour le parcourir, découvrir, je n'ai pas Rusher le jeu. Pas des plus beaux, pas des plus fun, pas des meilleurs, mais j'ai quand même passé un bon moment dans cet univers. Un peu plus de travail aurait été super sur la finition du jeu mais sinon, j'ai bien aimé.

First I'd like to state. I have never watched Peaky Blinders the show. I have no interest in entertainment that romanticizes criminality. That said, this game was able to create an enchanting atmosphere of 1920s Britain I much enjoyed. Graphics were clearly tailored to limited processing power of something like the Quest. However, I still spent considerable amount of time just looking around the environments. Levels are sort and linear. So is the story. Not much meat on the bones there. However again, There was a charm to it all I could have done with a bit more of. Gunplay is simple and Arcadey. Additionally the game will often intentionally disarm the player. Either by removing ammo or taking the gun itself away. Leading to some awkward situations that could only play out they way they do. By disarming the player. After finishing the game. It offers several Shooting Galleries to continue playing. I never actually died by gunshot. If your looking at this game for it's engaging gunplay elements. I would look elsewhere. The only Bug I encountered was a reoccurring and annoying one. Physics objects the player is intended to interact with. Often got stuck in the surface they were sitting on. This includes the players hands too. Overall I found the experience Short, Simple, and Enjoyable. Definitely NOT worth full price. BUT! Worth a tenner for a short little spot of fun.

Is an excellent game and adventure, and if u r a fan, it is a delight experience... enjoy

Bad optimization, use OpenVR-FSR-App to enable AMD FSR upscaling, works like a charm. Other than that: i enjoyed the experience very much, liked the rough tone, the high-detail environment and well made smoking! Got stuck once (Rowena blocking the way to the Valve to open door), encountered one or the other little bug, nothing game breaking. Unfortunately dialoges can not be skipped.

Game just doesn't work with Quest 2 / Quest 3. Image tearing all the time, it's unplayable. Long story short: All other games works fine, all perfomance overlys / logs shows that all fine but image is just tearing.
