Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.25/day in the week to Aug 3 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Pathologic 3 is a psychological horror game where you have only 12 days to save a town from a mysterious plague.
You are Daniil Dankovsky: physician, researcher, prodigy. Your research into the nature of death has brought you to this remote town deep in the eastern steppe, looking for a man said to be immortal.
But the outbreak of a deadly contagion sweeps through the town. The immortal man is dead. You failed to stop it.
Now you must return to the beginning. Fix your mistakes. Save the town.
Every minute counts. Save them all, discover the secrets of immortality... don't go mad in the process.
Bring your medical training to bear. Observation and knowledge are your tools. Work with patients face-to-face.
Examine the sick and make diagnoses. Each patient is a unique story — and a medical mystery. They may lie, omit the truth, or hide their motives. You must separate fact from fiction, and identify the real symptoms. Step by step, you'll get closer to developing a vaccine that could change everything.
Fight for every new day. Ensure the town's survival by imposing your own rules: enforce quarantines, confiscate precious medicine, vaccinate the population, suppress riots, deploy patrols, and declare curfews.
You will make mistakes, face their consequences, and unlock new decrees. Your actions will shape the town—even if the people grow to hate you for it. Power is in your hands. It's up to you whether the streets will see gunfire or fireworks.
Made a mistake? Go back, and fix it.
Time is your tool for navigating a narrative web filled with moral dilemmas and branching paths. Rewind if you think you could have done better. Keep your eye on your ultimate goal—even if the road there is paved with sacrifices.
How far will you go to find the truth? Your mental state directly affects your actions, and even how you interpret events. Falling into apathy or wandering into mania may lead you to new insights... or to your death.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox, GOG publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Naaaaaaaah!

Though it differs from Pathologic 2 in suprising ways, it is all for the better as 3 offers a unique and compelling expereince
It was quiet in Thanatica...
So far, fantastic piece of art, will elaborate more, once I fully tuned reality until it matches my intent.
at first I want to say that I have NOT played pathologic classic yet and all my comparisons and context come from pathologic 2. also, this text contains minor spoilers, I think they are not intrusive. Despite the game's technical flaws, I still love it and i think it's currently the best way to start playing the series. it is more forgiving than pathologic 2 and supposedly more playable than pathologic classic (from others opinions). I absolutely adore how the narration, dialogue options and some other subtle details show how Daniil is different from Arthemy, and what person he is overall. The dialogues in this game are really fun and often ironic or emotional, while still being as puzzling and indirect as in the second game. I like how much content there is, some of which is unlocked only after ending the game once. with how our final conversations with Clara went, I really hope there will be an another game dedicated to her. I even consider donating to kickstarter this time i like how this time while playing in english verssion, we can hear thugs talking to us in russian. it is much better than the "hey, you!" we used to hear in pathologic 2. i enjoyed the whole time traveling thing with how our actions could change the reality in next days. that is brilliant and very impressive for me. there are also more cutscenes that i expexted based on the previous game and they are really good. When it comes to the storytelling, I appreciate how we are at first in the worst scenario in which bachelor did everything wrong, or nothing at all and we gradually fix his previous failures. it makes us acnowlegde how much Daniil did in the end. I also wonder if the bachelor we see in pathologic 2 also traveled in time, cause I don't recall any hints to that. it is nice that as Dankovsky we don't have to worry about food, but i wonder if there is any explanation for that. he himself admits to not having eaten for many days, but i didn't meet an answer to why he doesn't just collapse without food or something. i really hope it's not a plot hole. however, there are some things that seem quite weird to me. for example, Arthemy sniffing the bachelor and telling he is dehydrated by that alone. in the previous game, I haven't seen any signs of Arthemy having some extraordinary sense of smell, or social awkwardness which also could be sometimes observed in his behaviour in this game. before this game, I didn't have the impression he is THAT straightforward and untalkative. I still enjoyed talking to him an getting to know him better, but it just surprised me and made me wonder if it really is the same Arthemy (other characters seem to be more simmilar to their versions from pathologic 2, including Clara i think. I really enjoyed that game and can't wait for the next one, but it has its downsides I want to mention I remember getting absolutely stuck in two places while playing the game as intended, without behaviours that could be unexpected by the devs. one was at the house in the crude sprawl in which the children want to move in (right to the left of the person inside, the same room). i just simply walked on some stuff laying on the floor and couldn't get out. the second time was at the train cemetary next to the "beast howling" , to her right side i think. i fell down from a train and got stuck in some kind of triangular(?) space surrounded by train parts or other junk. as bachelor we cannot jump, but i think it could be really useful in such situations. There are quite a lot of visual bugs, including people partly clipping through enviorment (in the warehouses near notkin's base when the area is red on the map (forgot how it's called but there are a lot of bandits etc), there is a certain thug leaning against one of the warehouses. the problem is that in my playthrough he was partly in the wall and didn't really react to me in any way. There are also some situations in which you can get the same dialogue with different non essential NPCs and after finishing the dialogue with one of them, the others still light up in our focus mode just to tell you the exact same thing. it was the most annoying when i was searching for Nina Kaina through the town. it was soooo repetetive and I did not want to assume that all of them are going to say the same cause i feared losing some dialogue that way. i think there wasn't such problem in the previous game. there were also times when some child sat in the air like two meters in front of a bench which is not much of a problem to me, but i imagine it could interrupt ones immersion. I am not sure if it's intentional, but at the stillwater area outside, there is a small mirror in a corner between other buildings and in my playthrough it always appeared like only half of it is sticking out of the ground. I sadly don't remember any specific examples but i believe there are some little typos in the english version of the game, which made me confused while reading them, but it's not a big deal. aside from the glitches, I wanted to complain about getting through infected districts a bit. sometimes it seems like without reagent you can't get through them untouched, especially in apathy, which was kind of a pain in the ass. still managable though. also, I find the soundtrack of this game quite inconsistent compared to my expectations from the previous game. it is nice that as bachelor we have completely different background music, but some of it is a bit out of place in my opinion and does not fit with the rest well. mania and apathy related noises, thought and decision related noises and dialogues are nailed, but i remember that near the start of a game there were like two situations when i heard electric guitar being played and it never appeared to me again. i could have not noticed, but generally i enjoyed background noises more in pathologic 2 it may seem like there are many things I didn't like but isn't as bad as it may sound and I would reccomend this game for everyione and especially the ones intending to play their first pathologic game. aside from bugs and my personal doubts, the game is still a masterpiece and very intelectually satysfying. (you can correct my mistakes in the comments if I got something wrong)
