Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.25/day in the week to Aug 3 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Pathologic 3 is a psychological horror game where you have only 12 days to save a town from a mysterious plague.
You are Daniil Dankovsky: physician, researcher, prodigy. Your research into the nature of death has brought you to this remote town deep in the eastern steppe, looking for a man said to be immortal.
But the outbreak of a deadly contagion sweeps through the town. The immortal man is dead. You failed to stop it.
Now you must return to the beginning. Fix your mistakes. Save the town.
Every minute counts. Save them all, discover the secrets of immortality... don't go mad in the process.
Bring your medical training to bear. Observation and knowledge are your tools. Work with patients face-to-face.
Examine the sick and make diagnoses. Each patient is a unique story — and a medical mystery. They may lie, omit the truth, or hide their motives. You must separate fact from fiction, and identify the real symptoms. Step by step, you'll get closer to developing a vaccine that could change everything.
Fight for every new day. Ensure the town's survival by imposing your own rules: enforce quarantines, confiscate precious medicine, vaccinate the population, suppress riots, deploy patrols, and declare curfews.
You will make mistakes, face their consequences, and unlock new decrees. Your actions will shape the town—even if the people grow to hate you for it. Power is in your hands. It's up to you whether the streets will see gunfire or fireworks.
Made a mistake? Go back, and fix it.
Time is your tool for navigating a narrative web filled with moral dilemmas and branching paths. Rewind if you think you could have done better. Keep your eye on your ultimate goal—even if the road there is paved with sacrifices.
How far will you go to find the truth? Your mental state directly affects your actions, and even how you interpret events. Falling into apathy or wandering into mania may lead you to new insights... or to your death.

really promising but released too early. every single patch breaks my game. would recommend waiting a year or 2 or buying on a sale around half off as it currently stands

It was quiet in Thanatica
As a big fan of Pathologic 2, it's actually hard to put into words how much I was let down, almost immediately, by this game. I will buy this again on-sale after chewing through my backlog a bit more, but this is a radically different game than the second entry, I think in worse ways. It definitely looks better & runs better though, so that's cool.
A game I was absolutely hype about, with so many issues that I cannot even begin. I haven't played the game more than twice since its release hoping they will fix bugs, but yet there are so many to squash it's inevitably going to be even more months to years before this game is in a completely stable state. Even playing with a 5080 Graphics card and 32 gb of ram, my game has crazy fps drops and wild glitches, most stemming from how your character moves at a different pace than the world around you based on the direction you move. I tested this in multiple areas and it seems when moving toward light sources the game slows down by as much as 40%!!! This is absolutely crazy, and even playing on the LOWEST Graphical settings does not fix this. I capped my fps to 30? Doesn't fix it. This is one of two games that has ever had this problem that I've ran into, so aside from the game running almost half speed for most of the time you play with random upticks in speed, it's still a good game. Granted it crashes alot, has no save system that will let you save in an area forcing you to repeat an entire area over again if you haven't travelled to a new location and significantly downgrades from the original in most aspects, it has a cool sanity mechanic. I'd love to give it a 10/10, but at its current state is more of a 3/10, if devs can patch up all their "Doors opening where they shouldn't" and "Quests locking out" (Their words in their 10th update still two months later) It might be something worth looking into, however, Cyberpunk released with less game-breaking bugs. Soooooo. This is a pass.
For me, Ice Pick represents the pinnacle of innovative game design. They're unpredictable, genre-bending, and always provide an immersive storytelling experience that transcends time and culture. As with reading a piece of literature, it is intimate. Your own moral perspectives and psychological projections are your guiding compass in what you ultimately walk away with when all is said and done. I personally don't care about the bug states of some aspects/minor details of this game. If this game was immediately perfect, I imagine it wouldn't have come out for another decade. With what they have provided the gaming community, I will happily support them in any way I can. Because I want the Pathologic universe to persist until the next installment! 10/10 never short of creative vitality
Incredible game, incredible depth. Only time loop game I've played where seeing everything is detrimental.
AMAZING game with INSANE story and mechanics. We have put 100 hours in it and would be glad to put even more. We loved the 2, loved 3 even more and hope for 4 to come out!!!
