Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 24.71/day in the week to Aug 31 → 25.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
In Pathogenic, you are the disease. Experience a visceral 2D roguelike twin-stick shooter where you play as a lone parasite fighting a desperate war against the immune system. Your goal is simple: infect and conquer your human host.

To survive, you must adapt. Hunt down enemy cells, rip out their organelles, and graft them onto your own body. Evolve from a simple cell into a complex engine of destruction. Create powerful, game-breaking builds and become the ultimate pathogen.

Loot, graft, and assemble your parasite from dozens of unique organelles. Combine flagella for movement, mitochondria for power, secretors for ranged attacks, and spikes for melee combat. Chain organelle effects and discover powerful synergies to build an unstoppable disease vector.

Battle a diverse roster of enemies, from basic immune cells like macrophages and T cells to rival parasites such as tapeworms or protozoa. Formidable bosses are lurking deep within the host's organs.

Collect plasmid fragments to permanently upgrade your parasite's plasmid tree between runs. Each parasite will have it's own upgrade tree allowing for a range of builds to suit your preferred playstyle.

Navigate the procedurally generated organic landscape of the human body. Travel through distinct biomes like the branching pathways of the lungs, the pulsating chambers of the heart, and the complex neural network of the brain.
Our detailed, colorful world is powered by a soft-body physics simulation, giving every cell, enemy, and projectile a uniquely satisfying organic feel. The combination of hand-crafted design and procedural generation ensures endless variety - each run offers a fresh and challenging gameplay experience.

The Binding of COVID
good
I bought this a few weeks ago, played it for a couple hours, then went "I dunno if this game really has the sauce." I did a few more runs this week and I am so glad I was wrong. This game is dripping with it. The combos you can get up to in Pathogenic are truly nuts. I had a recent run wherein I jury rigged organelles such that every time I fired my weapons, the entire screen would fill up with electricity and lasers, which would spawn more electricity and lasers, and so on. It was incredible. And this ish is $10!!! If you like Star of Providence or Binding of Isaac at all, grab pathogenic NOW.

so there I was chillin' in a glass tube then I escape into mans foot and get stuck in his ass because I am bad at being a germ the liver is cool but I cant stay there it is to powerful. 10/10 game like germing
This title was one of the best demos I ever played and the full game just takes it to the next level. Amazing graphics and very well-implemented physics. The sky is the limit when it comes to what builds you like and your playstyle. The video, artwork, and graphics are all top-shelf. An action game should have an OST that gets you to lock-in and this game's soundtrack is lit, just fire. For the price it is a steal - this is a console-class game.
I simply just enjoy the different combos that the game has to offer :) The replay value is high, however I look forward to future updates for more balanced gameplay. Overall, highly recommended!

yery good graphics and desinges and gameplay design
Game is aids Would spread again
very fun unique fast paced roguelike, banger soundtrack, can be a bit rng heavy but you can stack the odds so heavily in your favor with skill, upgrades, knowledge etc. that it usually never results in fully rng run ends. would love to see more areas/organs get added as the same area progression with the same enemies can get repetitive over many runs, but not a major issue. well worth $10 imo.
