Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 24.71/day in the week to Aug 31 → 25.86/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
In Pathogenic, you are the disease. Experience a visceral 2D roguelike twin-stick shooter where you play as a lone parasite fighting a desperate war against the immune system. Your goal is simple: infect and conquer your human host.

To survive, you must adapt. Hunt down enemy cells, rip out their organelles, and graft them onto your own body. Evolve from a simple cell into a complex engine of destruction. Create powerful, game-breaking builds and become the ultimate pathogen.

Loot, graft, and assemble your parasite from dozens of unique organelles. Combine flagella for movement, mitochondria for power, secretors for ranged attacks, and spikes for melee combat. Chain organelle effects and discover powerful synergies to build an unstoppable disease vector.

Battle a diverse roster of enemies, from basic immune cells like macrophages and T cells to rival parasites such as tapeworms or protozoa. Formidable bosses are lurking deep within the host's organs.

Collect plasmid fragments to permanently upgrade your parasite's plasmid tree between runs. Each parasite will have it's own upgrade tree allowing for a range of builds to suit your preferred playstyle.

Navigate the procedurally generated organic landscape of the human body. Travel through distinct biomes like the branching pathways of the lungs, the pulsating chambers of the heart, and the complex neural network of the brain.
Our detailed, colorful world is powered by a soft-body physics simulation, giving every cell, enemy, and projectile a uniquely satisfying organic feel. The combination of hand-crafted design and procedural generation ensures endless variety - each run offers a fresh and challenging gameplay experience.

one of the best roguelikes ive ever played, cannot wait for more content
If The Binding of Isaac and Star of Providence had a baby, this would be it. Beautifully crafted levels, a great soundtrack, and some of the most ridiculous chaos I've seen in a roguelike. Every run can go completely differently, you might kill yourself with your own build one game, then one shot the boss in the next. It's difficult, but in the right way. The game gives you enough tools to become absurdly powerful, while still being perfectly capable of kicking your ass if you get careless. This is a masterful achievement of an indie game, and the devs should be proud of what they made. Absolutely worth your money.

Great game at a great price point. Bought it to play on my deck but found myself playing at the desktop.
This is hands-down one of the best games I’ve ever played. I’ve run into a few bugs. Nothing bad enough to make me throw anything or storm out of the room. Hands in the air a couple times, guilty, Plus I have a sick Chigi who has a bad heart,so I can’t get real excited when I get angry anymore. I just recently turned an age. I never thought I’d make it to and I don’t write a lot of reviews as you can see, but this is a masterpiece. I’ll probably write more later… !234L3G10N
Very fun
perfect game for people who don't wanna play binding of isaac because theres so much stuff. a bit buggy, but overall fun.
Nice Game :-) i hope they keep up the good work and bring more content over time
Played the demo a while ago and had dozens of hours on there already, now bought the full version. This is the most fun I've had with a controller since Battle City on NES. Absolutely amazing stuff. Love how hardcore it can get. The upgrades and combinations are seemingly endless, and exploring them and looking for that ultimate build is seriously addictive. The graphics, the controls, the design - just... masterpiece! I can see this game becoming a modern classic.
OK
very interesting roguelike. reminds me of bubble tanks.
