Pathfinder: Gallowspire Survivors

Fun game, but can be frustrating at times. 1. It is an (unfortunately somewhat common) sin to prevent the player from looking at their build's details when making decisions (such as during level ups) in any roguelike. 2. Potion effects and talent effects are only visible during in the "out of run"/"meta-progression" menus. Why? 3. I legit cannot find anywhere in the game that says exactly what the ultimate abilities do.

It's not very good.

Abandoned game. I will rather recommend people go play brotato or deep rock galatic survivors instead. So much more content and with ongoing updates too.

Dog water. Souless branded survivor. This is why we stick with Indie folks.

Started out kinda fun but soon got into that mindless grind that roguelites deliver and this "DELIVERED" me to sleep! 8 hours in and i'm bored with the 3 classes when there are so many different classes/ subclasses, abilities and enemies from the pathfinder games/ttrpg. Are the devs here dead or deaf? Could have been a great game for on the go gamers and those who would like to one-shot a game mode. A wasted effort, truly. Last update was in May 2024 according to steam page. DON'T RECOMMEND!

Kept trying to find the fun in it, but after 21 hours, I had to admit that I couldn't. Nice-looking game at first glance that is ultimately rather generic and dull. Plenty of other Survivors-likes on Steam to enjoy instead: Vampire Survivors, Yet Another Zombie Survivors, Halls of Torment, Soulstone Survivors, Scarlet Tower, Death Must Die, Deep Rock Galactic Survivors, Greedland. All these are WAY better.

Aunque no es un juego de rol como tal, tiene su punto y me divierte. Es entretenido.

It's pretty decent "survivor" style game with a Pathfinder skin on it. Upgrades feel pretty lack luster and the upgrade system is a little boring.

Okay so like. The game is fine. I LOVE pathfinder just. The game is really just fine. Im playing because I love pathfinder and I wanna 100% but. Theres SO many ways the game fumbles potential. Ez compare, vampire survivors. This game has no weapon fusions. or even synergies really. Its so Basic and you never feel particuarly powerful. The money grind is tedious without a great way to do it, the levels are extremely limited, so are the characters, and like. Its nothing burger. The setting Could be amazing if they did more with it. The enemies are forgettable as it all moves too fast to really register anything besides wheres the next chest, wheres a new potion for this fight. You start off in mostly darkness, and that lasts a good while so instead of looking at Anything, you just watch the ui for chest pop ups and go and thats the entire gameplay. idk it just feels like there was a lot there couldve been but instead it boarders on slop. Maybe itll get a sequel and they can prove they can actually make something of it all
