Part of You is an intresting puzzle game. It has an unique artstyle and humor. The puzzles are really creative and challenging. The diffrent gameplay mechanics make a lot of fun. The story is fun too and it may get a little dark if you look deeper. This game has only 2 problems: Bugs: This game may run pretty smothly without lags, but it has some machanical bugs. These bugs break the game and make it either inconvinent or impossble to play and finish the game. exsamples: - the jukebox breaks in a way that you are unable to properly lode or save - When you lode a save there is a chance that the rooftop bridge bugs making you unable to acces that area without other methods - Some puzzles may break smal online presence and lack of information: Well you can only find the game if you use the right key words and look in the right places. Also this game lacks guides. I wasn't able to find any offical or fan made guides. This game has a npc that gives tips but sometimes these tips aren't really enough and you don't know what to do. it's really frustrating when you can not progress and have no idea if you are doing something wrong or if it is just another bug that stops you. guides could really help For me it's a hidden gem that just needs some polishing
The humor itches my brain just right, the puzzles are very satisfying and very clever, the art and music are great. Everything about this game is so fun!
Really fun game with cute characters. Part of You has a lot of love and care put into it and you can really feel it in the characters and story. Big recommend!
Honk
i love this game cause iv'e seen others play it but it crashes for me cause the shaders don't load sadly can someone help me fix that?
Honk (Awesome characters and art in a really fun world! Really interesting puzzles even if I am a little too dumb to get some of them at first...)
I did not receive the product for free but did demo the game early throughout development. This review is from that perspective. I think the best thing about this game is the cast of characters. Thanks to the unique art style, you get to meet really distinct personalities who all feel key to the game's purpose. They give direction and context to a lot of the wacky, random stuff that can happen in adventure games without losing out on that "wtf" factor. I'm constantly laughing at the dialogue and the random things that happen as you play add so much delight. The puzzles are also well done and feel pretty different from other adventure games I've played. The face swapping tools really adds something unique and it's so well integrated into the narrative. I'm excited to get back into the game because everything I've played of it has been a blast.
I'm only an hour and a half into this, but it is right up my alley! The plethora of diverse characters that I've met so far (there are a lot of them) have their own personalities that stand out. Each one of them getting me excited for who I would meet next. The tasks that the Part of You townsfolk give you are cyclical in the sense that doing one thing, x, typically requires you to have met and learned some information from another character, y, that requires you to have an item that you got from doing another task 10 minutes ago, z. But, as far as I've gotten, it's all handed to you in a very organized manner and it doesn't get overwhelming. It makes for a delightful loop of completing tasks, where accomplishing one objective often leads to another. The soundtrack is catchy, too! It's just a vibrant and whimsical as the rest of the game. There is a different song for every area that you visit. Vibin' to one song in particular? You'll be back in that area, don't worry 😄 Overall, Part of You delivers a charming and entertaining experience that is sure to appeal to players seeking a lighthearted adventure filled with personality and fun.
This game is incredibly silly and charming. I'm a big fan you probably will be too!
The art in this game is beautiful. The game is fun to play once you get the hang of it. The devs are very responsive and working to make things good. Give this a try
