Paper Shooter!

This is just old-school goodness.  It harks back to what makes Serious Sam such a great game - just endless unceasing carnage.  It is purist run and gun with an ever increasing horde of enemies.  it makes you nervous, it makes you run, it makes you think. The best feature is the no-pause nature.  You can't save - you can't pause.  You can run to the safe zone, but good luck fighting out of that corner once you are surrounded by 1000 zombies. The weapons, health and power-ups scale nicely with the spawn rate  - before you know it you are caught in life or death decisions to run into the horde to pick up a handful of grenadess, or just to keep running away. The graphics and sound effects are beautifully home-made and the game just exudes the sense of simple fun that the creator intended. Once you start, its a hoot and every minute is a tense fight for your life. Just great fun!!!

Paper Shooter! is a game that you can just get lost in. Upon purchasing the game I played for over 3 hours without break and could easily have played for longer. Every time I started a new round I found myself trying different strategies and learning new ways to play. If you're looking for a game to just sink your teeth into for a couple of hours then I'd definitely recommend Paper Shooter! It's exactly what it says on the tin. 10/10 best early access game I've played in a long while!
