Assemble and upgrade your skill set to master the defenses of BeachHead against the merciless forces of Musso Khan.
BeachHead Rogue brings you the thrill of infinite gameplay variations while staying true to the original BeachHead spirit. With a focus on experience points (XP), attribute cards, and a dynamic asset marketplace, BeachHead Rogue redefines the gameplay experience, delivering new levels of excitement, depth, and fluidity.
Strategic Card-Based Abilities: Choose from a vast collection of attribute cards, each designed to enhance different aspects of your playstyle. Test various card builds to find the perfect combination that best suits your approach.
Customized Power Progression: Boost your character’s strength by focusing on a curated set of powerful ability cards. Focusing on a select few abilities with high-level improvements offers more impact than spreading upgrades across a larger, less potent set.
Diverse Weaponry: Equip yourself with an arsenal of weapons tailored for every strategy, from close-range combat to long-distance takedowns, allowing for an adaptable approach against enemy forces.
Dynamic Marketplace: Access an evolving marketplace for in-game assets, giving you the opportunity to upgrade your character and gear as you progress through challenging stages.
In BeachHead Rogue, players have the freedom to mix and match ability cards to build their ultimate defense strategy. Experiment with different combinations to see which cards amplify your strengths, whether you favor speed, power, or a more balanced approach. As you progress, gaining experience and resources allows you to upgrade these abilities, sharpening your strategy and making you an unstoppable force against Musso Khan’s armies.
Prepare to enter a world of endless possibility and adventure. BeachHead Rogue awaits—where will your strategy take you?

This version is really something special. My favorite mode by far, while the standalone is worth it compared to the other versions I still think the full title with every mode is somewhat more comprehensive. The nuance of the gameplay in this mode is very fun, the cards and the many options for powerups give you a lot of good stuff to unlock. I just want to see more powerups and weapons eventually released in the marketplace in the future. Theres some really good battles in this version, cant wait to see what they release going forward. One suggestion would be to have the levels you unlock branch out into more options than just the sequential unlocks. Would be cool to have different options as you unlock new content.
BeachHead Rogue is a solid roguelike that’s easy to pick up and hard to put down. The gameplay is smooth, the upgrades keep things fresh, and every run feels like a new challenge. If you enjoy fast-paced action with a bit of strategy, this one’s worth a try.

For a single-player game, this is perfect for when my friends aren't around. I really enjoy it...
Achievements are completely broken, this issue has been brought up in the discussions about 2 years ago and still has not been fixed. The devs don't seem to be interested - BAD Devs, won't be buying any Digital Fusion Inc. games in the future.
Clunky
Devs have abandoned this game. DON'T BUY ITS NOT FINISHED LAST UPDATE WAS JAN 30TH 2025 VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTED
I mean, for a couple bucks on sale its fine. Wildly inconsistent difficulties. For example, the very first intro battle was harder than the second by a mile. Very few achievements are registering properly (see 0.0% completion of battle 1, for example) but hey, reminds me of playing beach head on the commodore 64 with wildly better graphics. 3.6 Roentgen out of 5.
Rogue is probably my favorite version of the game, Theres alot of stuff to unlock and if the coming soon weapons are any indication of whats to come we have a lot to look forward to.
It's pretty much the same as it's always been just added the additional roguelike "survivors-style" random perks during your run. It's fun and if you're a fan of the series, be sure to make sure you keep the newest one on your pc.
BeachHead Rogue: An on-rails shooter where you are defending beaches from enemies trying to overrun you Great game, fun enough to just pick up, play in between watching some videos or just grinding at it bit by bit. The graphics are decent, the crosshair and bullet trail is a bit wonk with some turrets and the missles sometimes don't track the one you have in your crosshairs. Sometimes, the missles completely just swerve way off the screen, hitting some airborne enemy somewhere else. Super inconsistent. While I had a ton of fun playing this, and the variety of weapons and turrets were really fun to play around with, I can't - in good conscious at least - recommend this game. Why? Because the devs completely abandoned this game. I've tried reaching out to them via email, the registered email address doesn't even allow any mail to be delivered. It's like it times out and doesn't exist anymore. Having a beast of a turret and grenade launcher with, allegedly I have to add, 200+ levels and new modes and enemies awaiting in future updates, I can wholeheartedly say that this game is abandoned with every fibre of my being. Which is an actual shame. Really, it has so much potential, but the devs never truly "finished" the game.
