About
Build explosive attacks from a deck of evolving cards in this roguelike shooter about paint, chaos, and scaling destruction.
In Palette: Cards & Chaos, you play as a water spirit with a giant paintbrush, fighting through a shifting labyrinth full of danger. This top-down shooter blends fast-paced combat with a unique deckbuilding system: collect cards that represent brushstrokes and colors, then stack them to create powerful and unpredictable paintings of destruction.
Each run is a chance to build something new. Will you decimate enemies with swift brushstrokes, or launch a storm of paint projectiles? The choices are endless.
Deckbuilding Meets Action
Build your attacks by combining cards during each run. Find creative combos that change how you fight.
Procedurally Generated Dungeons
Explore a maze that’s different every time. New layouts, enemies, and surprises with every run.
Paint-Based Abilities
Use your brush to attack, block, and change the battlefield. Your abilities are as creative as you make them.
Endless Scaling Chaos
The deeper you go, the wilder it gets. Stack exponentially scaling cards to survive an endless labyrinth that pushes your builds to the breaking point.

Very fun
Fun little rogue like with tons of variations. A good improvement in variety and diffiulty compared to the initial demo. Gonna have a lot of fun with this game
A nice if not a little short rogue-like dungeon crawler, honestly didn't know what to expect as this is my first from the genre however was overall satisfied with my purchase. I actually did have a few complaints regarding enemy attack speed, enemy spawn rate and the fact that there's too much health but I was pretty quickly humbled regarding this criticism a few round into the endless mode lmao
This game is great and has a lot of potential, i just wish there was more to the game. like more achievements or lore to find or maybe even like a shop that you can buy stuff at, or permanent rewards you can unlock by going further that allow you to go further on your next run. or maybe a challenge mode where you can just fight bosses, or a sandbox where you can test out weapons and combos. also i found this one glitch where if you stand in the top left corner of any room they can't get you. overall though a lot of potential and i would love to see more in the future
I love this game :3
Great game, very fun to make and try out different builds.
Very fun game! I loved experimenting with all the funky builds, my favorite has got to be the multishot lag machine <3 Looking forward to more from the creator!
It is really cool to mess with cards. It has great potential to be a great game. I liked the game so far. I wanted to try to break it but cards have a limit to their upgrades. It is a shame. I hope to see them removed.
