Our Winter Sports

Actually pretty nice game. We like playing this in couch co-op mode. I would like a bit more customization to it, like how many laps or lenght of a game of hockey for example. Wish there were more games like this.

Играть можно как в чемпионат (все игры по очереди), так и в любую отдельную. Можно играть соло (против компьютера), либо с друзьями на одном экране. Игры разнообразные по геймплею, но простые по управлению (это аркада, а не симулятор). Выглядит игра простенько, но неплохо. Звучит игра очень приятно. Управление удобное. Очень азартная игра, я в восторге. Очень рекомендую!

You play a decathlon-style series of 10 events and score points based on how you do in each one. Events range from a handful of racing events to a snowball fight and generally only use a few buttons.Although you can earn achievement medals for hitting certain performance goals in each event, there don't seem to be any unlockables and the only setting to speak of is whether there are 4 competitors or 8. I didn't see any way to, say, change the number of laps in a race or the length of the snowball fight. So, since there's nothing like a campaign or any long term goals to aim for, this has to get by entirely on the strength of its minigames. Thankfully, they're mostly pretty decent. The racing games are very simple, but since you only spend 1-2 minutes on them and they likely won't come up sequentially, I didn't mind that they weren't more fleshed out. Hockey is a particular highlight thanks to intuitive arcade controls and sticking around for just long enough to feel substantial without dragging on. My only notable issues are that the snowball fight aiming doesn't make much sense and that the ski jump definitely needed a better tutorial.
