Mysterious entities are aware of your presence - and their anger grows as you near your goal. If you and your friends all fall, the game is over. However, you may discover how to use aspects of the environment to defend yourself.
Explore and solve puzzles to obtain items from the former lives of the entities. Free the entites shackled to our world by sending all their worldly tethers into the beyond.
If you die, your completed puzzles are remembered. However, memories obtained from puzzle completion will be hidden around the map.
Otherplane can be played solo, or with up to four players. Proximity-based voice chat gives you and your friends an immersive, cooperative experience.
You may revive your friends by reuniting their lost souls with their bodies. Beware, their souls may have ventured far. Be sure you work together to increase your odds of getting out alive.
Fearless players may attempt the game solo, though with no hope of revival upon death.
Otherplane offers four difficulty modes: Puzzles Only, Easy, Medium, and Hard.
In Safe mode, the entity will roam the map but cannot harm you. This mode is for those who want to focus entirely on solving puzzles.
In Easy and Medium modes, the entity grows more dangerous over time. In Medium mode, the entity spawns more often and moves faster. Your sanity will drain in the dark, influencing how frequently the entity appears.
Hard mode is for players who want a challenge. The entity's speed and aggression will grow even further with each puzzle you complete, and your sanity drain will have a greater impact.

Puzzle Only Mode very suitable for Walking Simulator Horror Games lovers!. 2 Map (in this Early Access), we need more than 1 Hour to complete the story (without retry), the developer really responsive for bugs, glitch, update and often listen to suggestions, also planning to give us 5 Maps. I really enjoyed this game. especially the Graphics and puzzles!. I set all the graphics High. This game has a bit story through the item memories. The puzzles are brilliant, some of them are Hard to notices.
Good game for a survival paranormal.
This game is poorly optimized, causing constant lag. The monsters can't be countered, making items useless. Additionally, monsters target black characters, which is weird.
I played this game with my partner and it was amazing! If you love co op horrors and puzzle games this game you'll love it. The spook level is 10/10 and the atmosphere of the game is amazing, I love the 80s theme of the house and the nostalgia to it. The puzzles are super creative and fun to solve, and the fact that the solution changes each play through keeps the game fresh. The mechanics of the ghost is super smart too, and is very creepy when they chase you room to room! I'm super excited to see where this game goes and am looking forward to play new maps as they're released!
Ignore the reviews saying the performance is bad, the devs have patched out a majority of the performance issues and even on my mid range computer I am able to play with no issues with medium/high settings. Great fun to play co-op! Very simple to get into a game with friends and the game gets going really quick after beginning. A lot of unexpected spooks and great atmosphere coupled with engaging puzzles had us really going. It does get quite challenging towards the later half but you just have to suck it up and deal with being hunted while finishing off the puzzles. Super excited to see where this goes and cannot wait for more levels!

The puzzles are interesting and the ghost spawning is challenging, making this a very fun game to play in co-op.
