When you find a a gun by digging it up in the woods, it is obviously rusted and may be missing parts. You need to clean up the rust, clean the wood parts and find parts to fully restore it.

greet game can't wait to see what the future hold for it.
great game
Now, I'm not a gun dude. I mostly picked this game up so I could learn more gun names. I enjoyed the pace this has going where you can just slowly get acquainted with each thingamabob you find. The books required to identify each of them has its own skill expression as well. At first I just used every single book on every item because I don't know anything. Later on, just by looking at the part, I can roughly eyeball the correct book to identify it, which means it takes less and less time for me to handle which objects to keep and sell. With how many items there are in this game, its pretty exciting to come across unusual rare stuff sprinkled in with the common drops found at that certain location. I pretty much have a small pile of thingamabobs that none of my books can currently identify, which just means I'll need to progress through the game and find more books somewhere else. After getting a sizeable collection I started making a spreadsheet of all my stuff. Which books they are found in, the price of each part as well as a complete set. Taking inventory of how many of each part I own. Based on online searches, people usually post how they decorate their house with doodads. I just use my entire house as a warehouse for cataloguing items lol. I probably spent half of my playtime just typing in spreadsheets. The main goal of the game is pretty much owning militaria. Money is just a means to an end in order to collect stuff. You earn money by selling the stuff you don't want, such as extra copies or broken items. So far I've seen 3 distinct ways to get militaria that all feel different enough that if I get bored doing one thing, I can switch and do another method: The 1st is pretty much metal detecting. The loot table is mostly constrained to the location, and a lot of the items here are corroded junk that can't be restored. Its also the method that requires the least monetary investment so its what you do when you lack funds. Eventually you'll complete sets of the common items found there and that will be the highest source of income you get from that place. Admittedly, if you don't bother sorting and identifying everything, you can earn money a lot faster, but that's not why you play this game now is it. The 2nd one is checking out the storage sheds where the items inside are being auctioned off. Take a look inside, decide your budget, and do whatever you want with the stuff inside after you win. Most of the items here are kept in good condition and don't need restoration. It also has a much diverse loot table, which is a good place to get random new stuff for a relatively low cost. This is assuming you don't participate in unreasonably expensive auctions. The 3rd option is checking the vendor tables and buying items directly. This is where my spreadsheet prices came in handy because some of the items are sold for almost double the price. Some items here are cheaper than the base price, which is good. This method is the most expensive way to get stuff, and it also requires player skill in identifying item sprites so you don't take forever using every single book on every single item on the table before deciding to buy it. The stuff I typically buy here are parts that I need to complete my item sets, which sell for a higher price than just the sum of its parts. (As a tip to new players, I usually come here to buy helmet liners because I never find them out on the field. Helmet liners are cheap, and they boost the high base cost of the helmet when completing the set.) In summary, I very much enjoy this game as a means to learn and discover new military items. The way I play it however is much closer to a warehouse manager than an actual collector.
one of the best history game i ever played,
It satiates the need to collect.
Need a whole lot of work, but I see the vision and can overlook the janky controls and basic HUD. Love it so far and can't wait for another updates!
Great game for a military nerd or a metal detector enthusiast. Few bugs but im sure they will get fixed. Perfect for a simple game.
