About

Be sure to join the OPERATOR Discord server to keep up with the latest news, squad up with fellow operators, and have fun!
In OPERATOR, you will play as an elite Tier 1 operator undergoing dangerous clandestine operations all across the globe. With a strategic, measured, and unforgiving style of gameplay. OPERATOR aims to be the ultimate tactical shooter with total realism in mind. Featuring realistic weapon handling, ballistics, injury, gore, and active ragdolls.
In OPERATOR, what you see is what you get... literally. We’ve redefined first-person gameplay by ensuring the first-person perspective is seamlessly connected to your character in the world. Unlike traditional FPS games, where floating viewmodels represent your hands and weapons, OPERATOR renders your character’s full body in the first-person view. Every movement, every action, and every detail you see is exactly as it would appear to any other player in the environment. Leaning around a corner or aiming your weapon feels natural because it’s not an isolated animation—it’s procedural, simulating your character moving in the world. Physically Interacting with doors, your weapons occupying realistic space, you need to take every small detail into consideration when operating downrange.
OPERATOR also has a fully in-depth and unique adjustable crouch, lean and stance system. Using your mouse to finely control the exact angle you need. No more over lean or over crouching, the perfect angle is in your grasp. In addition to this we have implemented a high and low ready system for your firearms to rest your arm stamina and to avoid flagging fellow operators in the field. With in depth weapon collision systems, variable movement speed, manual operation of firearms, shoulder tapping, physical door interactions and plently more fine details OPERATOR has many unique and innovative mechanics not seen in any other tactical shooter.
When operating downrange, you’re just one cog in a machine. Work with your fellow operators to achieve mission success all over the globe. Your success hinges on seamless coordination and communication, from urban close-quarters combat to wide-open terrain in hostile environments, teamwork is the key to survival and victory.
Your weapon isn’t just a tool—it’s a reflection of the way you operate.
Use a wide range of weapon attachments to personalize your firearm and tune it to whatever your mission might require. Strip the gun down to the receiver and build it from the ground up. No limitations. You define what's tactical.
The battlefield is in your hands. Use the environment to your advantage, along with a diverse range of special purpose tools and assets, such as tactical grenades, battering rams, hammers, and an ISR feed with thermal imagery continuously informing you on the atmospherics inside your Area of Operations.
The laptop located in the armory is where you plan out and execute your missions, offering full control over your missions and tactical planning. From here, you can select active operations or dive into simulation mode to refine your skills.
Choose from a variety of high-stakes, real-world missions around the globe. Use pre-gathered intelligence to influence your planning, and get a full picture of the area of operation. Decide on your ingress specifics, including the time of day and infiltration point, ensuring you have the perfect setup for your team’s strategy.
After completing every operation you can choose to replay them using the simulation mode in the tactical operations hub. This mode also allows you to change the parameters of the mission including enemy count, enemy difficulty and more.
Also under the simulations category are the PVP “Force on Force” game modes, where you can fight your friends in multiple different settings. Being both casual and competitive it can deliver a whole other perspective of being an operator.
Dive into the PvP modes, where every match is fast, intense, and tactical. Team Deathmatch rewards cooperation and strategy, while Free-for-All puts your individual skills to the test. With fluid mechanics and dynamic maps, OPERATOR offers both casual fun and competitive thrills, ensuring every match is a high-stakes challenge.
Refine your skills at the shooting range including a fully randomised shoot house. Randomising the layout and targets active including non targets. With a built in timer and history of previous runs you can see yourself improve in real time.

симулятор птср,но мне то ♥♥♥♥♥ я и так контуженный 10/10
2 hrs of playing this game and i have to say, its a good game with lots of tactics and customizations but basically if ready or not and ground branch had a baby you will get this game 100% recommended
Лучшая игра про тактический шутер это игра на ровне с Ready or not но хотелось бы чтобы в игре была русская локолизация
this game is... meh. its a tactical crawling simulator. you move so ungodly slow that it completely feels unbalanced and makes you feel like the game is designed to make you become the fish the ai shoot in the barrel... and it very much is indeed just that. crawl, crouch, or run, even sprint... you just might as well give up on the idea of movement entirely, its that slow. just outfit for such a way you can sit in one spot and kill everything and then go tiptoe your way to the objective once the entire map is dead. now that thats out of the way..... the gun mechanics are decent. the armor and simulation on enemy hits is pretty decent. if you clip someone with a lunger, theyre gonna sit there for the next 20 minutes and cough until you do something about it. you dont get that much realism tho... you get clipped anywhere besides the limbs, youre instantly dead. no armor matters. i assume this also means they are still slightly effective if you roll up on them while theyre down but not out.. and they can get a bead on you. not sure. i didnt let it get that far. now, as far as the mission intel, its always a lie. youll see things say no hostile/no civilian activity, then the second you load in, youre INSTANTLY under heavy fire. its not just a lie, the ai have near aimbot like precision. a lot of what they fire is suppressive fire, but only one round is needed to take you out. all your progress gone. no checkpoints. just a restart. they see you from a quarter mile away and engage heavily. it can be fun, but it can be frustrating. i refuse to try any of the pvp side, im going to assume this is the same as any other shooter thats came out over the last 20 years, and youll get a little ways into it and then get stonewalled by cheaters just like every other game. especially considering this didnt open up easy anti cheat, or battle eye, or anything when i launched the game, so they are basically inviting cheaters. ill just sit that part out and stick to the coop and the lone wolf for my 20 bucks. all in all, its not trash like most early access games, but its very much rough around the edges.... although... it does work. i didnt have any crashes or major glitches as of yet. i would say this is totally worth the 20 bucks. especially considering its going to run on a rather dated machine, its going to eventually be better than it is now, and it will eventually most likely go up in price as they add content to it. if you can deal with spending the 20 bucks on something thats going to be a quick obsession with a learning curve, its worth it.
Até o momento muito bom, extremamente técnico e tático.
top tier game for an alpha, ppl complaining about ai skill issue, ppl who are complaining about crashes, im playing 4k ultra / high while maintaining 80-120 frames loading 40 -60 mobs for apex predator achievement, if you are consistently crashing its a system problem not a game problem and its probably time for you to stop being a cheap bastard and get off your GTX 660 TI GPU and your first gen i5. food for thought.
