About

Be sure to join the OPERATOR Discord server to keep up with the latest news, squad up with fellow operators, and have fun!
In OPERATOR, you will play as an elite Tier 1 operator undergoing dangerous clandestine operations all across the globe. With a strategic, measured, and unforgiving style of gameplay. OPERATOR aims to be the ultimate tactical shooter with total realism in mind. Featuring realistic weapon handling, ballistics, injury, gore, and active ragdolls.
In OPERATOR, what you see is what you get... literally. We’ve redefined first-person gameplay by ensuring the first-person perspective is seamlessly connected to your character in the world. Unlike traditional FPS games, where floating viewmodels represent your hands and weapons, OPERATOR renders your character’s full body in the first-person view. Every movement, every action, and every detail you see is exactly as it would appear to any other player in the environment. Leaning around a corner or aiming your weapon feels natural because it’s not an isolated animation—it’s procedural, simulating your character moving in the world. Physically Interacting with doors, your weapons occupying realistic space, you need to take every small detail into consideration when operating downrange.
OPERATOR also has a fully in-depth and unique adjustable crouch, lean and stance system. Using your mouse to finely control the exact angle you need. No more over lean or over crouching, the perfect angle is in your grasp. In addition to this we have implemented a high and low ready system for your firearms to rest your arm stamina and to avoid flagging fellow operators in the field. With in depth weapon collision systems, variable movement speed, manual operation of firearms, shoulder tapping, physical door interactions and plently more fine details OPERATOR has many unique and innovative mechanics not seen in any other tactical shooter.
When operating downrange, you’re just one cog in a machine. Work with your fellow operators to achieve mission success all over the globe. Your success hinges on seamless coordination and communication, from urban close-quarters combat to wide-open terrain in hostile environments, teamwork is the key to survival and victory.
Your weapon isn’t just a tool—it’s a reflection of the way you operate.
Use a wide range of weapon attachments to personalize your firearm and tune it to whatever your mission might require. Strip the gun down to the receiver and build it from the ground up. No limitations. You define what's tactical.
The battlefield is in your hands. Use the environment to your advantage, along with a diverse range of special purpose tools and assets, such as tactical grenades, battering rams, hammers, and an ISR feed with thermal imagery continuously informing you on the atmospherics inside your Area of Operations.
The laptop located in the armory is where you plan out and execute your missions, offering full control over your missions and tactical planning. From here, you can select active operations or dive into simulation mode to refine your skills.
Choose from a variety of high-stakes, real-world missions around the globe. Use pre-gathered intelligence to influence your planning, and get a full picture of the area of operation. Decide on your ingress specifics, including the time of day and infiltration point, ensuring you have the perfect setup for your team’s strategy.
After completing every operation you can choose to replay them using the simulation mode in the tactical operations hub. This mode also allows you to change the parameters of the mission including enemy count, enemy difficulty and more.
Also under the simulations category are the PVP “Force on Force” game modes, where you can fight your friends in multiple different settings. Being both casual and competitive it can deliver a whole other perspective of being an operator.
Dive into the PvP modes, where every match is fast, intense, and tactical. Team Deathmatch rewards cooperation and strategy, while Free-for-All puts your individual skills to the test. With fluid mechanics and dynamic maps, OPERATOR offers both casual fun and competitive thrills, ensuring every match is a high-stakes challenge.
Refine your skills at the shooting range including a fully randomised shoot house. Randomising the layout and targets active including non targets. With a built in timer and history of previous runs you can see yourself improve in real time.

its a pretty decent realistic shooter game with a lot of nice gun customization and relatively realistic but simple gameplay, and personally one of my favorites considering im still new to realistic shooters. it also helps that it balances the realism in a sense of it doesnt try too hard to be realistic and ultimately end up being unrealistic because of that, or just straight up being unfun because of how realistic it is. (excluding when I die in 1 shot as soon as I enter a room and have to restart the mission, it gets annoying after a while) it also actually pays attention to detail to certain things like enemy ai's being able to detect where you are if you use the in game voice chat which I think is neat. theres obv a ton more I could mention but im too lazy to go over that so no. and overall the closest game I can compare this to that ive played is ready or not. and I heavily dislike ready or not because it gets alot of realistic things wrong where as this game gets them right. (thats just imo but I played that game on console so I couldve gotten a worse experience due to that) anyway I cant think of all of them off the top of my head but one of my main things is recoil. in ready or not the recoil handling, it feels like youre someone whos never shot a gun even though youre supposed to be a highly skilled swat member. where as in this game the recoil handling feels like something youd expect to see from someone whos been in the military for years. oh and most importantly the guns dont feel like airsoft guns, when I shoot a guy in the chest he starts whining and crying on the ground. but in ready or not it takes more than 1 shot to the chest to an un armored enemy for them to stop charging at me like theyre a spartan warrior. anyway the main take away is that going from ready or not to this I noticed heavy improvements on alot of things I disliked about ready or not. but most importantly is he gun customization due to the fact that you couldnt even heavily modify your guns in ready or not, and its completely open and free. you dont have to grind some in game currency to afford modifications you just simply get a ton of modifications for free with zero drawback. and you can customize nearly ever part of the gun which is nice beacuse then you can make stupid looking guns which I personally like even if said guns will never be used. as of the negatives however, I personally dont like some of the enemies ai's at times because ill notice that theyre able to see me through things they shouldnt, and kill me from way further away than they should with the weapon they were using (ive been sniped by enemies with pistols) and ive also been shot through walls even though the enemy shouldnt have even know I was in that room let alone where I was. I also think they should also add more variety to the enemies weaponry, 90% of the enemies ive fought have a basic m4a1 or an AKM and maybe an ak74m. id also say the pvp is kind of lacking, I wanted more long range maps for sniper battles but instead its all close quarters stuff, which I specifically dislike due to the fact there is times I will spawn and be instant killed because I spawned infront of someone and had zero time to turn around and shoot them let alone know they were there. outside of that the only other complaint with the pvp I heavily have is more of a personal complaint that being I hate people who go into the pvp and instantly use the MCX spear (full auto 7.62 rifle) or the m249 (a literal machine gun) obv thats on the player's but I think itd be cool to have a full pvp mode where you can set rules and disable specific guns and choose where the spawn points are. mostly for the fact that itd be fun to make it so you can only use like 1 gun say like a g18c or shotguns only, and to be able to choose spawns to prevent you being instant killed as soon as you spawn without adding spawn invincibility (which is also annoying) id also like a gun game mode, which is kinda hard to do with the guns in the game but im sure they could figure something out. idk just a general suggestion tbh so overall id say the game is about an 8/10 mostly just because its still got alot of room for stuff to be added such as weapons and missions but for whats there id say its definitely a game worth replaying and coming back to consistently even if its just for the gun customization. also I like the white board its funny (also please forgive any spelling mistakes im tired when typing this and yes that means my brain fails to function properly when typing)

.
pretty realistic me and the homie really enjoyed this game 4.5 / 5
Like bodycam and Ready or not combined
Very good
Great gunplay, customization and realism, game is unoptimized though. Seems like every operator in my lobby is loaded in full detail so more than like 8 will make my frames drop. every mag is also full of individual bullets, that doesn't help. The game is pretty fun and i don't lag very much at all so people with newer GPU's will have little problems running this.
Very fun if you like Ready or Not you'll like this game, would suggested playing with a friend. The game is hard and there is no teammates other than who you bring
very realistic
this game is for sure worth buying i would recommend this game to anyone
