It is basically the same price as BeingADik which is a triple AAA AVN that delivers huge amounts of content. Response to the Dev : BeingADik S1 is $15.49. OneLie is listed at $14.99. Similar price. I never said I was comparing the entire BAD product line so ... I stand by what I said. Your game is overpriced for what it delivers *today*. Another comparison would be ActingLessons which is a complete single edition game priced at only $11.49 which is significantly less than you are asking for your less polished/developed product and again proves my point. I can only judge your title based on what I see now. Not what it might be two years from now. As such my review is marked an as "Early Access Review" only. I hope you complete what you have started someday and it becomes a great success. Too many Devs do not even finish EA. Good luck ! (BG3 is not an AVN. It is not relevant to this comparison.)

[h1] ONE LIE OR ANOTHER! [/h1] [h2] STORY [/h2] The game description as well as a separate note from the developer explain everything in great detail. I'm unlikely to be able to add anything special, but I'll try. The game does start with a little backstory where we are shown how our childhood friend Julia regrets lying about having sex with our main character Mike. So he decides to stop communicating with her and go to another college. But he can't understand that she is very much in love with him, although this does not justify her actions. Actually, this is where the main plot of the game begins. Meeting new characters and returning old ones to our lives. How the further relationship between Mike and Julia will develop is up to you to decide! Overall the story is pretty well written. Nice dialogues, although sometimes the events are a bit unclear. Considering that this is the developer's first game, this is a great start! [h2] VISUAL [/h2] 1️⃣[b] Models [/b] - externally all the girls look great. Each girl has a completely different appearance and they are all beautiful and amazing in their own way. Only in a few scenes characters expressions aren't looking sexual enough, but in general they are done well. As for the male characters, I'll be honest, they don't look very good. Of course, I can't evaluate male characters, but here they don't really fit into the overall picture. 2️⃣[b] Backgrounds [/b] - most of the elements are standard and a bit outdated. I'm sure you could see them in many other games. But they look pretty good. So I won't be too picky about them) In any case, you will first look at the girls, and only then at the backgrounds) 3️⃣[b] Animations [/b] - there is one animation of a door opening at the very beginning of the game, after which I thought that there would be a lot of them through playing, but that's not quite true. The first few episodes don't have them at all, just static images. Then animations appear in most scenes, but in some it is just a set of several renders looped on repeat. You can't call it a full-fledged animation. Basically, if the developers add animation to the first several scenes and fix a few in the middle, it will be absolutely wonderful. [h2] ADULT CONTENT [/h2] 1️⃣[b] Main tags [/b] - anal, creampie, groping, group, handjob, interracial, lesbian, oral, romance, urination, vaginal, virgin. 2️⃣[b] Amount of scenes [/b] - here it is really worth noting that the developer has tried his best. At the moment, the game has 83 scenes and another 34 additional images that can be viewed in a separate tab and which open during the playthrough. Almost all of them looks really good. It's impossible to even rate it or tell you about anything here. Definitely, music needs to be added first, and then some more sounds and possibly voice acting. [h2] GAMEPLAY [/h2] 1️⃣[b] Choices [/b] - classic visual novel where you should choose different options to continue the story. Each decision will affect the following scenes. Despite some flaws, which you can see just above, I personally liked the game. An interesting story with pleasant scenes that will be appreciated by all fans of adult games. [i] sigh [/i] the dev for this game is such a sweetheart. it makes me feel kinda bad saying... ...6.5/10 Recommended Only On Discount BUT with the Caveat that if you're really really into romance focused AVNs it will probably be something more like a 7 or even an 8 out of 10 for you and maybe worth paying full price for (numeric ratings are purely subjective after all). there is some really good stuff in this game. the character interactions are stellar. the waifus are great despite some of them having kinda meh character designs. the male MC is one of the best in all the AVNs i've yet played. i would put him right beside or a half step below the MCs of Projekt Passion and Between Two Worlds. the problems of One Lie come in the absolute lack of polish. the dev has stated that it was his/her first AVN and an extremely difficult learning experience. this really shows in the game. character designs evolve so drastically in some of the early scenes that characters become barely recognizable. the pacing of the storylines go from smooth to clunky/cobbled together/rushed feeling about 1/2 - 3/4ish of the way through the game (some more than others). as for the spicy content of One Lie the unpolished feeling pervades here. overall the scenes vary from meh to very good/possibly great (with some feeling a bit repetitive here and there). they're oddly uneven in that instead of upgrading all of the low quality early animations later on in development the dev chose to leave most of them as they were whilst replacing a very few others seemingly at random. if i had to describe this game in as few words as possible i'd say: "beautiful mess". if you choose to buy One Lie just enter it with slightly lowered expectations and you'll have a fine time. (side note: it's funny the things that stand out to you in these games. One Lie is the only AVN i've ever played where the children in it don't look creepy)

Not bad, but no choices on love interests. If you're bored, buy it. If not, go with a better game.

[b]이 게임은 구심님께서 선물해주신 게임입니다. 정말 감사드립니다.[/b] [h1]보1지 보여줌 꼭1지 보여줌 배경음악조차 없는게 정가 16500원?[/h1] 현재(25년7월9일) 앞서해보기 게임이라고 하지만 발매하고 1년 4개월이 다 되어가는 지금도 효과음/노랫소리 조차 없는건 도무지 이해가 안됨. 도대체 개발자는 무슨 의도로 이런식으로 패치하는거지? 패치노트를 보면 개발자가 놀고먹는것은 아님. CG량, 스토리 분량을 조금씩 조금씩 쌓아나가고 있음. 생산 속도가 빠르다고는 말 못하나 점점 늘어나고 있음. 그런데 왜 귀에 들리는건 안 늘리지? 그러니까 눈에 보이는건 계속 만들어가고 있는데.. 왜 귀에 들리는건 안 만드는거지? 이유를 모르겠음. 스토리는 히로인 여성(줄리)이 주인공 남자(플레이어)의 다른 여자친구(육체관계가 아님) 거짓말을 하나 던짐. 그 거짓말 때문에 주인공과 다른 여자친구(줄리 아님)의 관계가 깨지기 직전까지 감. 이후 부터는 플레이어가 어떤 선택을 하느냐에 따라 스토리가 갈라지는 방식이다. 아예 줄리도 걷어차고 다른 여자친구도 걷어차고 새로운 여자와 쌤쌤 하는것도 가능하고, 줄리를 용서하거나, 기타 등등의 ffm(여자 2명이랑 남자 1명이 교미함)하는것도 가능함. 어떤 선택을 할지에 따라 스토리가 확 바뀌는데 이렇게 바뀌는 스토리도 분량이 아주 많음. CG분량 또한 스토리분량만큼 많이 나오는데.. 문제가 좀 있음. 가장 큰 문제는 히로인 (julie) 얼굴이 꼭 사탄의인형 처키처럼 생겼다는거. 이넘의 처키가 갑자기 식칼 들고 쫒아오는거 아닌가? 막 캑캑캑 웃는거 아닌가? 하는 고민까지 했음. 덕분에 스토리 보는 내내 감정이입이 안되는 문제가 있었다. CG의 다른 문제는 디테일이 떨어진다는 것이다. CG량을 늘리는것은 좋은데 디테일이 많이 엉성함. 게다가 가격을 반올림하면 2만원이 될 정도로 비싼 게임인데 디테일은 1만원도 안하는 게임들에서나 볼 수준이었다는 것. 이건 불만이더라. 또한 움직이는 장면의 경우.. 영 아님. 이 제작사가 광고페이지에 소개하기를 이 게임이 자신의 첫 게임이라고 했음. 확실히 이 게임이 첫 게임인거 맞겠더라(칭찬아님) 캐릭터 움직임이 아주 엉성함. 이런 엉성한 장면이 한두개가 아니더라.. 개발자 실력이 아직 별로라는건 알고 있는데!! 알고는 있는데! [b]차라리 다른데서 오픈소스를 가져와라.[/b] 싶을 정도더라. 나 이 게임에 나오는 움직이는 장면으로 딸 못 치겠음. 결론은 개발자가 신경 많이 쓰고 있는 게임인건 확실하나 1. 아직 실력이 부족하고, 2. 생산력도 부족하고, 3. 어느것을 먼저 생산해야 할지도 해메고 있다는 것. 4. 처키얼굴은 좀 어떻게좀 해줬으면 한다는 것. 5. 생각해보니까 도전과제도 없네. 정도가 있음. Я люблю визуальные новеллы, поэтому меня заинтересовала эта игра. Я ничего от неё не ждал, но поиграв немного, она меня зацепила. Сюжет простой, но он меня затянул.. Девушки интересные, Джулия мне очень понравилась, люблю рыженьких. Игра сделана довольно грамотно, видно что автор старается. Я знаю на своём опыте, как тяжело делать визуальную новеллу, особенно в одиночку. Самая большая проблема это рендеры изображений, нужен мощный пк, чтобы рендерить быстро и качественно. Судя по моделькам персонажей, это Genesis 3, эти модельки не такие прожорливые в железе, как 8 и тем более 9 поколение, но всё же если на рендере много персонажей, плюс окружение, то на слабом пк рендер может длится часами, а то и сутками. Поэтому хочу пожелать автору терпения и успехов. Мне нравится эта игра и я жду продолжения.

+ pretty good animations; + after some scenes, the graphics gets better; + enough action; ~ ok story, well written, but except the fight, basically nothing more happens; ~ i don't particularly like the girl models (but ginger is still the best :D); ~ some dragging in it (and some words are repeated a little to much, in my opinion [spoiler] "sweet mother", "I love you". laughing etc [/spoiler]); ~ you might not like the "narrator" comments; - no real choices (beside picking up the girls(s) you want [spoiler]also keep in mind that pregnant sex is pretty much unavoidable, but you get to choose if you want watersport scenes or not [/spoiler]); - after you choose the LI(s), the game is basically an epilogue (a really long one); It;s about 6-8 hours long (one ending); 6.5/10 in my opinion.

The story is fun, the protagonist is not an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ & the renderings are nice. One Of The Better VN's I've played. Well worth investing in.

Pretty solid AVN for someone's first attempt. Honestly don't mind the lack of music cause I tend to turn down the music of most AVNs anyways, since music tends to be repetitive and not great with some very rare exceptions (Leap of Faith and BAD comes to mind). A lot of it is a bit rough, but honestly, as the novel goes on, you can see how well they have improved. As for pricing, I think it's fine. I mean you basically have to drop about 20 bucks to go see a movie and that is usually only 2 and half hours of content (if even that) and at current writing I'm still near the beginning of Ep3, so I think it's a good value. Is this going to revolutionize the AVN industry, probably not. Are you going to enjoy a cute story of forgiveness (and you better forgive her, ya arse) and love? Most likely. So, yeah. I say give it a shot.
