Textbook example of a well-designed single-button game. Plays decently well on the steam deck, but some hazard elements are small enough that it may be challenging for less-than-great eyesight to be able to see them incoming on the deck's size of screen.

Finally a really good one button game! So many of these games are just developer slop. People with little vision, who pump out a game in this style because they think it's easy enough, but leave behind a thoughtlessly designed game. This game is the opposite of that! Fun, thoughtful, engaging, rewards experimentation and different playstyles. I would recommend this to anyone! Great game!

Don't bother unless it's on sale.

One BTN Bosses is a fast-paced, challenging action (bullet hell?) game. With multiple control schemes, weapons and other customisation, as well as a rogue-like mode, there's plenty of ways to play, and game in which to try them out. I found this especially nice when a level was frustrating, as there were other ways to play it that felt more suited to it (or just the act of changing approach/point of view got me unstuck). And if you really want to push yourself, there are some challenging achievements to collect as well. I was also pleasantly surprised by the narrative - it's simple but effective. I stand with you on workers' rights, Ace =)

Мне понравилось :) Необычная короткая игра. По сyти боссраш, но делящий босса на несколько yровней, заставляя проходить лишь его часть для сюжета, что приятно. Вариации атак y боссов многочисленны. Естественно босс бyдет их комбинировать, чтобы жизнь медом не казалось. Например, мой самый нелюбимый вариант: дроп объекта + все что yгодно. Серьёзно, дропы - половина моей боли. А так простенько и приятно. На один вечер. (плюс есть палитры прайд флагов, спасибо за mlm)

A short but fun bullet hell.

One BTN Bosses is a deceptively simple game that packs a punch with its one-button mechanic, the depth of the roguelike customization, and adrenaline-pumping gameplay. It’s perfect for players seeking a challenging but rewarding bullet-hell experience. It took roughly 3+ hours to complete the main campaign, and I plan on jumping back into the roguelike gameplay to see how far I can go before losing my mind. It’s a great game with tons of replay ability, with the ranked level completion and the roguelike section of the game. If you are looking for a challenge with fun, colorful graphics and intense gameplay, it’s a must-play. I highly recommend it—Inner Sloth is now two-for-two for me with the games they publish: One BTN Bosses and Clickolding. I am excited to check out more of the games they have coming soon.
