Once Upon A Mind - A Little Too Friendly

I really liked this game and how it builds the suspense and horror. The story was well thought out and every scene and character made sense to be there, no unnecessary filler.

This is a fantastic game! It's not overly complex, no fancy movement, just a great story that focuses on psychological horror. It's immersive and intense and does such a good job building up the psychological horror aspect with the conclusion having a great twist at the end. Yes it's a short play through but well worth the price and it does something the large studios can't, because they try to add too much story to justify the high prices of their games to pay for all the assets used, which is also totally understandable. But story is everything here and it's so relatable and simple. This could happen to anyone, and does unfortunately. However this story takes you to the brink of what could happen and then (not to spoil it) has such a great plot twist and ending that you just wouldn't expect it and this is why I highly recommend it. Also the fact that it is not perfect, adds soooo much to the atmosphere and game that it actually does make it perfect. Can't wait for the next release from this dev and studio.

3/10 The graphics are just bad enough to take you out of the experience a bit, the barista sim portion is very rudimentary (especially in comparison to The Boba Teashop, which is a comparison I only make because there's an in-game ad for that game), and the writing seems to think the playerbase is a lot dumber than it really is. The jumpscares were predictable to the point of not even being scary, and the ending was similarly predictable. There's also some red herrings, which would be fine if one of them wasn't essentially just demonizing homeless people for no reason. With that said, I still appreciated some aspects of what this was going for, and it's far from the worst game I've ever played. I can't say I recommend it purely because it costs money but, hey, if it ever becomes Free to Keep, I'd say give it a shot.

Хрен знает стоит ли она своих 165 деревянных, думаю что нет, но как в поддержку разрабам, фиг с ними. В игре нет ничего за что можно зацепиться, сюжет написан на тетрадки, скримеры никакущие. Поставлю рекомендацию чисто чтобы не в обиду авторам. 3/10

This game was incredible, especially for a first project!! So well-made, the voice acting and comic book style cutscenes made the game so worthwhile. Quite a short game but very psychological with a deep meaning behind it, definitely one that will stick with me for a while. Highly recommend for those who are into their psychological horrors :)

Fun little horror game. Short and sweet. Good story too...you don't always get that with these shorter games.

Enjoyed the game! David is super creepy because he could really be any person you meet randomly. The visual quality of the game was not ideal, sometimes the potato level was better than the Ultra.
