On Point

Let's not pretend. This is Point Blank in VR and it is done very well. I do wish the zany humor and fun, silly music and mascot characters were here and I miss the post minigame report card Point Blank had, but the actual minigames are superb. The Point Blank style of minigames are lovingly transferred to VR here. I also love how close the gun is to a Guncon 1. There is something to be said about looking at the gun in your hand and seeing that familiar layout. I think this small team have a serious love for the source material and I hope this game succeeds, because I would love to see this team tackle a Time Crisis game, or a House of the Dead game. There is a obvious love for lightgun/on-rails shooter classics and the sky's the limit if these talented devs get the funding to go ahead with other homage/spritual successor projects. Vote with your wallet, folks. Let's get this team working on refining this game or moving on to a follow-up or expansion content!

Nails the arcade shooter aesthetic perfectly! I used to love playing Point Blank, Police Trainer, Time Crisis etc in the arcade, and most of those are gone now, but this game captures the vibe perfectly. Visuals are great, shooting feedback is tight and tactile, and some of the advanced mode levels are hard as ♥♥♥♥! Highly recommended for all VR players.

I was introduced to this game by a friend; apparently it is a take on an arcade game that was popular in Australia. I played for a while on his Steam account and was hooked. The gameplay is incredibly straightforward: you shoot targets. But the targets are challenging and varied, and there difficulty is easily adjusted for any skill level. It's well-polished for an early access title too.

Fun but short game

The release version is an improved experience! Very fun quick arcade shooting game. Diverse games to play that provide a good challenge. Lots of options for accessibility.

On Point is like, totally awesome! 🎯 If you loved those old arcade shooters like "Point Blank" (I remember playing them with my friends), this game is a must-have! The graphics are super cute and colorful, and it runs really smoothly on VR. The gameplay is super fun—shooting targets and solving puzzles is so addictive! Plus, the music and sound effects make it feel extra exciting. A few things to note: you do need a VR headset to play, but the devs are working on a non-VR version, so yay for that! Also, it would be cool to have more maps and multiplayer options in the future. On Point VR brings back all the feels and is so much fun to play. Can’t wait to see where it goes from here!

Awesome game, really scratches the 'Point Blank' arcade shooter itch for me. Shooting feels natural and accurate, mini-games are fun and challenging. This would be a good game for a VR beginner as it is played stationary.

A very good VR update of the old Point Blank from arcade days. Still lots of fun and great for kids.
