I really enjoyed this game. It's simple and clever. I did run into a few performance issues though, which is both surprising and frustrating for a simple 2D game like this.

A simple and well made puzzle platformer. Good level of challenge in the puzzles and the ramp in difficulty is gradual. Not a fan of time-attack type of stuff. Beating Dev times is way too tight to be enjoyable most of the time. You need to be too precise, and employ too many "advanced" techniques like jumping in a tight space to speed up, or "cheat" your jump by jumping first and immediately picking up the kid so you end up high enough to make it. There's a few that are even still a huge challenge if you play the game at 1/2 or 1/4 speed. Would still recommend, maybe not for $8, but definitely pick it up on sale.
Crashes most time directly on startup, best case after 1-2 minutes ingame.
All around pleasant puzzle game.
Great puzzle platformer with speedrunning mechanics. Complete the levels within a certain time limit to unlock more! Gets incredibly difficult but well worth the challenge with tight controls and fun level design. Reminiscent of SMB, Celeste, VVVVVV, N+ and other precision platformers. Minor performance issues on certain stages and couldn't get D-pad on a controller to work which was the only thing preventing me from trying to 100% this. Do try this one out!
Offspring Fling! is a cute puzzle platformer with some pretty nice bits of soundtrack. Each level has a fairly unique premise, and doesn't end up feeling too samey. My playtime is a bit inaccurate, this game takes about 2 hours to beat the 100 main levels. There are 20 bonus levels that you can unlock for beating the Developer Time on every level, but I found that to be INCREDIBLY strict on the time department, so it's not for the faint of heart. I got the game out of a Humble Bundle all the way back in 2013 and only just around to playing it in 2024, but I think it's worth spending a couple hours on! It works great on Steam Deck, although you will need to use the touch screen to navigate some menus.
Very cute puzzle platformer in the vein of Flicky, save your kind and get them to the exit. Gold star ranking for levels seems wildly tight and so does jumping. Works well on Deck, nothing wrong with it but just not fun for me personally, rather some grace in my platformer.
Not a bad, quick game. I have no interest in the speed running aspect but for a couple of hours of Steam Deck play, it was fun enough.
