About
Misaki (Chloe) and April (Jessie) met in Isekai Online and have been playing together for quite some time. They both love the game and dream of being the best at it. But everyone has a different idea on how to be the best, and so disagreements prevent them from progressing. The situation only gets worse once they discover that in real life they are colleagues at work!
Help the main characters to sort themselves out and build rapport both in the game and in real life.

Name: Chloe
Nickname: Misaki
Favorite character: Necromancer
The protagonist of the story. Chloe doesn't have exceptional talent, but she achieves everything with diligence. She gets really annoyed when someone does something wrong. Because of this, it is difficult for her to find common ground with anyone, not only in the game, but also in real life.
Chloe tries to seem strong, but in fact she is a very fragile person, constantly doubting the correctness of her decisions.

Name: Jessie
Nickname: April
Favorite character: Reaper
Jessie is the exact opposite of Chloe; she is able to play at a high level without putting in much effort. She doesn't like her friend's overly serious approach to many things, especially in Isekai Online since she looks at the game in a fun light.
Cheerful and sociable. Prefers to ignore problems rather than solve them.

TOO SHORT
Super short (30 min) yuri Visual Novel. To be honest, I'm not sure if I can classify it as a yuri - it's just some heavy skinship and light flirting. And that's my main problem with Office Girls and Games - nothing interesting happens. It feels like you're playing a prologue to something bigger. We're introduced to the characters, start building the "relationship"... and the game suddenly ends. The game is not too expensive, but there's simply not enough good content in it to give it a thumbs up. I can't recommend it. Story Our protagonist, Chloe, is a big fan of the mobile game Isekai Online. She's playing it with another girl, that doesn't take it as seriously as Chloe. Pretty quickly it appears that her friend from Isekai Online works in the same job in real life! Such coincidence! Skip a few minutes, and the girls started bonding over their job assignment and some beer. The end. I'm not even joking. The game is so short, that we have no chance for any developments between both girls. We also got a few choices that led to two endings. Both endings are dumb (
finishing job assignment on time is a good ending
), so I'm not even sure why they gave us choices in the first place. Visuals and Audio At least the visuals are solid. Great CGs, but backgrounds and sprites could use more details. Insanely bland music and almost zero other sounds. No voice acting. Technicalities I didn't find any problems.
Trying to think of a polite way to say I felt cucked by how short this was, especially considering how much I was enjoying Chloe and Jessie's chemistry and the beautiful art. Just as it's starting to ramp up and the girls are getting closer it unceremoniously ends. I feel disappointed because it was looking to be an easy recommend and I wish that it was a full game with these two. They were really cute together. :(
Office Girls and Games, developed by hatereallys and published by BRXKENVN, is a compact yet emotionally textured visual novel that blends modern workplace life with the culture of online gaming. Rather than aspiring to be an expansive, multi-hour epic, it focuses its entire narrative on the evolving relationship between two women whose bond forms first behind screens and then unexpectedly deepens when they discover they are coworkers. This premise allows the game to explore themes of communication, identity, and misunderstanding through a lens that feels contemporary and relatable, especially to anyone who has experienced how friendships forged in online spaces can take on new complexities in the real world. The story centers on Chloe—known in the game *Isekai Online* as Misaki—and Jessie, who goes by April in the same virtual world. Though they first interact as gaming acquaintances, their vastly different personalities quickly shape both tension and chemistry between them. Chloe is earnest, hardworking, and prone to frustration when her effort doesn’t yield the results she expects. Jessie, by contrast, is naturally talented at the game and approaches it as a source of fun rather than competition. Their differing attitudes toward play become the initial spark of conflict, as Chloe’s ambition clashes with Jessie’s laid-back confidence. Once they meet in person at the office, this tension spills into their working relationship, revealing layers of insecurity, admiration, and compatibility that neither initially understands. The narrative progression relies on player choices to guide conversations, resolve conflicts, and ultimately determine the tone of Chloe and Jessie’s bond. Dialogue options carry weight—not through dramatic stakes but through subtle shifts in attitude and emotional openness. The player effectively shapes how Chloe interprets Jessie’s casual charm or responds to her own frustrations, and these reactions ripple through their interactions both online and offline. Though the overall playtime is brief, the branching structure encourages a sense of ownership over the story, with multiple endings that reflect the nuances of the conversations you choose to have. This design reinforces the game’s central theme: relationships, even small ones, are built through the accumulation of everyday decisions. Presentation is an important part of the experience, and Office Girls and Games embraces an anime-inspired visual style that complements its slice-of-life tone. The character art is expressive enough to carry scenes without the need for elaborate animation, and the simple backgrounds keep focus on the emotional dynamics between the two leads. The minimalist style does not detract from the storytelling; instead, it enhances the intimacy of the narrative, allowing the personalities of Chloe and Jessie to take center stage. Colors and expressions shift subtly to match the mood of each scene, helping the player feel anchored in the emotional flow of the story. The game also incorporates mature elements—strong language, alcohol use, sexually suggestive attire—that establish its intended adult audience. These details are used sparingly and with purpose, adding authenticity to the workplace and social environments the characters inhabit. The maturity of the content serves as a backdrop rather than the focus, grounding the narrative in the everyday realities faced by young adults navigating both professional and personal identities. Reception among players has been quietly but consistently positive. While the game has a small footprint on Steam, its reviews highlight an appreciation for the sincerity of its storytelling and the natural chemistry between its two leads. Those who enjoy short-form visual novels often praise the writing for feeling genuine without being melodramatic, and for offering emotionally resonant choices despite the game’s limited runtime. The most common critique is its brevity—many players simply wish there were more scenes, more branching paths, and more time to explore the dynamic between Chloe and Jessie. Ultimately, Office Girls and Games succeeds by understanding exactly what it wants to be: a short, heartfelt story about two women learning to communicate, grow, and see each other more clearly through the dual lenses of online gaming and shared professional life. It offers a glimpse into how relationships evolve when virtual and real identities collide, and it captures those moments with warmth, humor, and a light touch of drama. For fans of intimate, character-driven visual novels that focus on emotion over spectacle, it stands as a memorable and quietly charming experience. Rating: 6/10
A very cute and short shoftcore yuri visual novel. The main characters are very cute and flirty, and their arts are cute. The story is very simple, it's about 2 people with different point of view in how to live their life trying to understand each other.
Очень милая повседневка, разработанная специально для Флойда Галаноса. Ждем DLC про крепкий алкоголь! P.S. Вот бы стать пивной блондиночкой и проходить визуальные новеллы в кооперативе, что бы это ни значило :333
