David Lynch's Unity asset store receipt,
A good surreal game that genuinely feels like a complete fever dream and barely makes any sense, but that’s exactly the charm of it. The atmosphere is really strong and both the visuals and the structure of the game give everything a really fitting vibe.
I don’t know what the heck is going on. There are glowing bull heads, creepy triplets, weird paintings, giant people, small people, strange cookies… and just weird everything. Nothing is explained. I stopped expecting it to be. The whole place feels like it exists for its own reasons, and I’m just passing through it. I am very confused. I love it. If you like this, check out BABBDI I will continue finding strange games like this. Long live the weird -rjbrynteson

My score: 6.5/10 ⭐ TL;DR: A short surreal walking simulator whose strange atmosphere is strong enough to make its rough edges easy to forgive. 🟦 NOTE: Despite being free, this game and its achievements can be displayed on your Steam profile and count toward your totals.
Overview
An atmospheric, surreal little experience for sure. It's quite evidently an asset flip, and that usually bothers me—especially when there's no visual coherence between the assets. Here, however, everything feels just the right amount of "slightly off." The mismatched environments, props, and characters somehow become part of the game's identity, to the point where the lack of coherence is what ends up holding everything together. There's honestly not much else to say. It's short enough that even its shortcomings never become more than a minor inconvenience. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3741756353
One Thing I Liked / One Thing I Didn’t
✔️ Liked: The sense of mystery surrounding both the locations and the NPCs is surprisingly effective. ✖️ Didn't: There's simply too much empty space. Areas are unnecessarily large, with very little to do or see between one objective and the next, making traversal feel more tiring than immersive.
Key Points
[*]
DIFFICULTY:
Occasionally obtuse, but I wouldn't call it difficult. [*]
PRESENTATION:
Peak mid-2010s asset-flip aesthetics with a surreal twist. The music is pretty good, but you'd expect that from a game that was essentially made to promote a band. [*]
STORY:
Gather the scattered pieces of your train ticket so you can finally leave. [*]
GAMEPLAY/GAMEPLAY LOOP:
A walking simulator with minimal interactions and a handful of hidden secrets. [*]
TECHNICAL POLISH:
No bugs or glitches detected. [*]
MONEYxCONTENT VALUE:
It's free. Two playthroughs (roughly an hour total) are required to unlock every achievement.
🟦🟦🟦🟦🟦🟦🟦🟦🟦🟦 If this kind of game fascinates you, I highly recommend The New Flesh (🔗review here). It's another free surreal walking simulator built around dream-like environments, strong music, and hidden secrets—and I simply can't stop recommending it.⬇️ https://store.steampowered.com/app/3692660/The_New_Flesh/
nice short psychedelic collectathon including your typical n64 style visuals and a world of late stage capitalism

Lovely game. The game has a beautiful and mostly interesting atmosphere. As a player you're constantly looking around to learn more about this strange little place and the characters that appear in it. You however never really learn a lot. The game also has a nice soundtrack. I'd recommend everyone to play this game. It's a little short but a great experience.
OMG THIS WAS THE BEST GAME I EVER PLAYED (NO LIE VERY REAL 67 67)
