Oceanarium World

It's cute and fun, kinda a Megaquirum clone but with different shops and attractions. The negative comes from the fact you can't change the camera angle up or down to get a better eye view of the aquarium and that the room for filters and heaters is WAY too small.

This game has a lot of potential and an interesting set of ideas, however in its current state its something of a clunky mess. Granted I've not played that much of it so far, but in the first two missions I was sort of put off from playing it again. Also there will be unfair comparisons to its stablemate Megaquarium. The movements around Oceanarium are dreadfully sluggish and awkward. I also really don't like how you can't pause and build things, as a way of planning things out. As is its something of a mad dash to get everything in before the guests come in. This left a bad taste in my mouth given the guests have a nasty habit of wandering off into the wilderness. There are walls but you have to place them one at a time which is very tedious. Compared to Megaquarium where you could plan everything out in pause mode and build walls very elegantly, Oceanarium isn't very fun. Also the lack of walking mode does mean you can't exactly get down and enjoy your aquarium on a visitor's level. I also feel the messaging is something off. It'll alert you to a feeding station running out, but doesn't elaborate or show you which feeder is empty. I also feel the feeding situation is not explained properly and so I wasted a lot of money on quick temporary feeding. So overall, while I do love there's another aquarium game out there which isn't a glorified screensaver, I will say Oceanarium is weaker compared to Megaquarium which is still the king of aquarium games. At least for now, I do hope Oceanarium does get more glow ups soon and will flourish in its own unique way. I am sorry if my critique was harsh.

Great builder game. Missions are fun and I can complete them at my own speed and freely.

pretty fun game and relaxing

A fun game that lets you be creative. I like the overall look and feel but would like to see fewer restrictions in the layout. I've had fun playing it and would recommend it to anyone who likes small scale building games.
