About

Octopus Base, Power Plant, Bubble Park, Pool Party, Beach, Shipwreck, Skull Sanctuary, Pirate Base, Aquarium, Seafood Palace, Outerspace, Spaceship, and Cockpit.

These are platforming levels that break away from the Foddian style of the main game. The starting levels show off mechanics introduced in the main game, and find different uses of them. The later challenges become increasingly difficult.

There are two separate leaderboards: one for the best overall time, which includes both the main game and all challenge levels, and another for the most wins, which ranks players based on the highest number of wins in the main game.

Ocean planet is a foddian game with 15 level to learn and practice every mechanics and a full foddian map to truly test your mastery of the game. Despite the gameplay effect looking orbish bland, the map and background is really beautiful, beside a few cube platform in some places. The main level has a few place where you can die, but for each area you have a place where you respawn too. you can also lose progress by falling although most of the fall seems fairly punishing. For the challenge level, the art is way more bland, and the lack of coyote jump really hurt while you don't really realise it in the main game design. the survive bubble level are also pretty boring imo but the other were fun in a challenging way to finish and speedrun to get on the leaderboard At the moment there is a few ick with controller gamepay but you can rebind it to your keyboard through steam input system and it works wonder. I would recoment it for 2d platformer fan and foddian alike

Came to support a guy I met online, stayed for a really fun experience. If you like games such as GOIWBF or Jump King, you'll enjoy this too.
Don't let Scuba Steve touch the acid :)
TLDR: PLEASE I BEG YOU GET THIS GAME OR TELL A FRIEND, THIS GAME IS TOO UNDERRATED. From Remastering Getting Over it to the Kai Cenat Subathon stream and to all the other getting over maps Adam has created over the years… He makes a grand debut in a game that has made me feel a sense of joy I haven’t gotten from any other brand new game in years. The art is amazingly well crafted with a 7th gen like console Water game aesthetic and little bugs I’ve experienced throughout the game (that luckily a simple refresh can fix) make this a perfect debut. I love the world he has built in the main game and there is still the challenge levels I have yet to explore. Yes I may have gotten frustrated from this game a few times but most of the time I just had a smile on my face from how fun it was and how cool everything looked. Spectacular sound design for an indie game like this too. It’s so artsy I love it, even the smallest details in the background are lovely like the sand castle in the background or higher up in the map it turns out you were in a tank the whole time. I hope for this game to blow up in the next coming months, just because of how much love is put into it. The only grips I have is the checkpoint above the jellyfish tunnel is not that great of a spot but I think that will change in a later update and that it’s so underrated. Please tell a friend about this, this is too cool of a game to not talk about. Thank you for reading my review, get the game plz.
imma be honest and say this is pure levels of getting over it, i've been stuck on the very 1st level all because of the bubbles. i've tried and tried and i can never pass the 1st level and the fact the game lacks tutorial. idk this is a mix bag for me. (pros graphics and music) (cons controls are stif and dont feel responsive the fact keyboard makes it unplayable but cointroller wise is ok.)
Ocean planet has good gameplay and very immersive underwater visuals. The main game and challenge levels also have balanced difficulty and are fun to beat.
Love the main game! Controls are tight and the art-style is delicious. Had a lot of fun taking on the 15 challenge levels that test your abilities to quickly get through a small gauntlet of jumps, and with a final challenge who's difficulty exceeds the main game (but is luckily much shorter) The main game map is quite a trip, taking you from what looks like some underwater structure, to a beach, until you realize you were still underwater all along! Real Spongebob logic there and I'm there for it. Unlike most foddian games, this game features checkpoints you return to when you die. However there is no fall damange and if you fall down instead of dying... you lose huge amounts of progress instead. It's weird to prioritize death over falling down, but if you have the choice.... I ended up taking well over an hour to beat the main map, without training myself on the challenge maps beforehand. so it's not the most difficult game, but it WILL test your patience as you fall down a lot and have to revisit older sections to get back up again. All the hazards are pretty fair if you understand them. some take some trail and error to understand. But the lack of hand-holding is something I appreciate as you learn the design language of the game. Gameplay: 8 / 10 Visual Style: 8 / 10 Music: 11 / 10 Mines: Michael bay / 10
Really enjoyable game. The OST is great, the difficulty is balanced and the mechanics are fun and unique.
controls and music are very good. only thing i slight dont like is that at some parts its hard to distinguish between foreground and background. apart from that its so nice to play. will be looking forward for ur next instalments!
