About
NTE is a supernatural open-world RPG developed by Hotta Studio. The story begins in the city of Hethereau, where you play as its first "unlicensed" Anomaly Hunter. You'll join the crew at Eibon, a rundown antique shop that keeps the lights on by taking Anomaly commissions from anyone willing to pay. Alongside a diverse cast of extraordinary companions, you'll unravel urban mysteries, ride out adventures full of laughs and heartbreak, and write your own stories in the neon-lit streets.
◆ Strange City, Strange Adventures
Welcome to the first stop in your appraisal career—Hethereau, a sprawling and vibrant metropolis!
In the crowded halls of the Bureau of Anomaly Control, hopeful Oddities queue up for resident permits, while over at the train station, an Esper commuter snaps his fingers to clean his work suit on the fly. Down one block, a chaotic chase after Danzaburou is spiraling out of control; while across the street, a vacationing silver-gloved Butler is shooting the breeze with the owner of a second-hand electronics shop. Everywhere you look, there's no shortage of intriguingly "abnormal" scenes.
Want to dive deeper into a world where humans and the supernatural coexist? Start your journey in Hethereau to see it for yourself. The lively and quirky daily life here is a grand adventure in itself.

Reviews
the gameplay is pretty good but the dialogue and cutscenes are cringe af
18hrs then im like wait, ive played 18 hours for what? the story is bland and boring, Characters are just typical and honestly the over sexualisation of everyone is just kinda gross, Go outside touch grass and stop J**king it to cartoons you damn losers. Edit: Combat was great but as above its just gross and gets more p*do as the game gose on.

Play Genshin Impact, miss 50/50 Play Tower of Fantasy, miss 50/50 Play Wuthering Waves, miss 50/50 Play NTE, not only you wont ever miss 50/50 its a way higher chance that you wont even get anywhere close to the 90, my average pull ratio for S is somewhere around 55-60. You can safely farm annuliths for next character and when you pull you will 100% know that you will get the character, no bs useless character that you dont want. This is an extremely good thing but not only that but the amount of content and how fast its being added into the game is absolutely insane, Like yeah hate on NTE for all your bs reasons but the only real reason you would hate NTE is because you are a corpo ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who is scared about having any kind of normality in your life, you are so used to getting ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the ass that you are expecting and spreading your cheeks even when no one is there and if you are not getting ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ by devs you get mad at them, so ♥♥♥♥ You! to everyone who hates this game, your opinion is completely irrelevant.
The story and level design (walk 4min, get 30 seconds story, repeat 5 times, thats your main quest) made me quit.
Does have small lags here and there while driving, but overall love the game
I'm not a weeb, but this game is so unapologetically anime that I was laughing out loud. It's also my first ever Gacha game, but I think it's probably pretty generous compared to most. At time of writing I've spent about 40 hours, I'm at level 22, and I haven't run out of things to do and see. I've only played solo, so can't speak to the multiplayer-aspect yet. Runs smooth on highest graphics settings, but my PC is pretty new and shiny.
