🐻 Not Monday Cafe Review ☕
A cute café game, full of cute animals and cute decorations. Did I mention everything is just cute?! There is a lot to unlock in the game, from loads of recipes, lots of different furniture types and themes, to crops like fruits annd vegetables. You unlock things by completing tasks. These can be something simple, like serving your customers a specific meal a certain number of times, or longer ones, such as collecting a certain amount of a crop that you need to grow. The tasks are very simple, and you'll complete most of them just by letting the game idle away. You can also skip tasks if, for example, you haven't unlocked a recipe yet or just aren't ready to do that task. Making your café bigger over time is another great feature. You just need to save up and buy the area you want to expand. You have three areas to manage: the farm, the kitchen, and the café! You'll need all the space you can get because you'll end up needing lots of room for machines in the kitchen, plenty of crops for the food you're serving, and of course, a bigger café means more customers and more money coming in! I love the art style, it's incredibly charming and adorable. The music is super cozy and fits the café perfectly. The game offers so much to do, and it's super fun and addictive. There's also plenty more, like upgrading your dishes so they're worth more money. You'll need special items to upgrade them to higher levels, but I'll let you discover that for yourself! You can also hire staff for each of the three areas, which helps a lot with the idle gameplay. Make sure you have enough staff, or things will slow down. You'll even get "bad reviews" from some grumpy customers if your service is too slow, haha! An amazing idle game that's packed with content! You can decorate your café to your heart's content, and if you enjoy idle games, cute themes, and decorating, then this is a must-have. If you're an achievement hunter, it's also a simple game to 100%. Some achievements will naturally take time, as you'd expect from any idle game, so just be patient. Now go serve those hungry customers!! 🍰
Tip: If you want to find more reviews like this, check out our curator page Moon's Tea House
I'll just start by saying that this has been the cutest idle game I've played so far, and it has quickly become one of my favourites. I'm definitely going to come back to it in the future and build up a new cafe all over again. Not Monday Cafe is the perfect game to have running in the background while you do your own thing. It's relaxing without ever feeling boring, and there's always another goal to work towards whenever you feel like being a bit more active. Unlocking new dishes and drinks feels well balanced. The progression feels rewarding and I was always happy to see what I could unlock next. I absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere! ♡ The art style is adorable and the cafe looks amazing as it grows. What I enjoyed the most was decorating. There are tons of furniture pieces, recipes, upgrades and customization options that make the cafe truly feel like your own. You can even customize your employees by changing their names and appearance. The game includes a small selection of music tracks and several ambient sounds like rain, birds singing, a crackling fireplace and more. I'd love to see a few more music options in the future, but it's a very minor complaint and didn't affect my enjoyment at all. The game also includes a simple alarm option and a Pomodoro timer, which is a nice extra if you're working, studying or just trying to stay focused. Overall, this is exactly what I want from an idle game: relaxing, charming, easy to leave running in the background and full of things to discover. If you're looking for a cozy game that can brighten up your day while sitting on your desktop, I highly recommend this one! ⸜(˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)⸝💗 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3738822937
Tiny café. Tiny pixel people. Tiny amounts of serotonin. ☕🦇 I LOVE the Twitch integration! Watching my chat wander into my café, order food, and just yap with each other was the cutest thing ever. Super easy commands, adorable pixel art, cozy vibes. My little goblin heart is happy. 💚 It also gave me major nostalgia for old Facebook games like Cafe World and Restaurant World. You can add friends, visit each other's cafés, send ingredients as gifts, and even send one of your little avatars to help work in their café. I used to LOVE those games, so this felt like coming home. 💚
fun, cute and idle cafe/ farming/ decorating game that sits at the bottom of your screen. takes a long time to complete all the quests as there are over 350, and lot of them require you to serve 60 of each dish.
As someone who's favorite games are Rusty's Retirement and Tiny Pasture I've been looking for the next thing that scratches that itch for a VERY LONG TIME (Spirit City and On-Together are great as well by the way). I can't believe I procrastinated this game for so long knowing so many of my friends love it. It's beyond fun. The decor is everything and so easy to make everything look pink and cute, the recipes look absolutely delicious and are so diverse, and the gameplay is easy and as complicated as you want to make it. This is going to be on the favorites list for sure. I'm so excited to finish it! I'm at 50 quests out of 300, and I basically have it on 24/7 (to my electric bill's dismay). My one con is that the quests sometimes (or often) gives you quests for recipes you don't have yet. So I spend a lot of time going to the menu to find whether or not I can cook it then skip the quest. Also I'm at like 40 hours its just all offline. Finished? No (but I will, mark my words) Steam Achievements? Do-able, just a grind! But its an idle game so expected. Steam Deck? N/A for idle. Rating? 10/10 My curator page: https://store.steampowered.com/curator/45865425-CozyAriGames/ Full videos on Youtube
The most horrendous implementation of path finding I've ever seen. - There is literally unwatered crops beneath the AI feet and a harvestable crop adjacent to it, - AI choose to go harvest a random crop on the otherside of the map - proceed to not water the replanted crop - walks back to the harvestable crop on the opposite side of the map - repeat
good game. started very interesting. lots of cooking utensils to unlock, and materials, and furniture. Reviews from cust is nice to read, but again, getting boring as soon, as the comments seems just repeating, even similar (if not the same) from 3 stars to 5 stars. They should have different things to say from 3 to 5 stars. not just random but the same. U (dev) might not expecting that I read all the reviews eh ? Decorations seems to not really have any effect until I get to some point, and suddenly the stars in review increase. It's like this. I upgrade all my floors, walls, buying new more expensive tables, and chairs, and new doors, new carpets, etc, but the rating refused to go up, and still 4, and a while later, I have a bit more money and buy JUST 2 more windows, and voila, suddenly the ratings goes up to 5. They should increase bit by bit following my decoration upgrades, like maybe goes from 4 to 4.2, 4,3, etc. recipe is the main problem. the recipes unlocked doesnt seem to be getting more expensive. just early, I could serve cucumber water for 180, later after much upgrade (about 20 hours more), I could serve blue hawaii soda (that took lots of utensils upgrade and needs 3 cooking utensils) for 70. It makes it feels that the upgrade is useless. The cooking utensils upgrades just make the materials to be very much variety (feels too much), and makes the variety of recipes getting too much too with no real money upgrades. farms very easily getting run out of space as new materials unlock a lot. and expanding the farms takes too much money (and that means too much time) soon. kitchen doesnt seem to be too important as long as it's enough to put all the cooking utensils. in summary, it started strong, but things getting boring soon, as the things that unlock, doesnt seem to get more expensive for income, but it's getting more and more complicated to craft new recipe, and exponentially expensive to get new staffs, expanding, upgrading etc. Dev, I know it's an idle game, and we shouldnt finished too soon, and that's why the upgrade is getting exponentially expensive. But u have so much materials and recipes variety here. U need to learn and help us pacing in the game. New recipes should be more and more expensive and helps us generate more money soon, so there's a sense of levelling up, instead just non sensical upgrades in variety, and so it keeps us driven for more sense of achievement. Maybe it would make the game finished faster, but it's all well and good, rather than mindless grinding like now, with no sense of achievement. nevertheless, the game running well, and it's actually good. so I recommend it, though it really2 need to have a much better pacing to keep the game interesting. Actually, after 20 hours, now I already want to stop playing it, I'm getting really2 bored at it, but because it could run together with other games, and to milk to the last of my money for buying this game, i just keep opening it without much expectation, and let it play in the background, while once in a while upgrading things
Forza Horizon 6
