the start was ruff but now it just works amazing the amaount of problems it had on start dont even exist anymore recomment it if u have the money over , software getting better and better every update
The initial software release wasn't perfect but the Nofio team has been putting out consistent and meaningful updates since launch that have lead to significant improvement. I've never felt inclined to go back to a wired experience and at this point the software is so good I don't notice a difference anymore.
ngl, it's pretty bad 😭

Feels great to use the Index wireless. Quality is not as good as wired obviously but in most games it's actually not that noticeable. Latency is barely noticeable at all, really impressed by that. Stability isn't perfect, there are some issues where it can crash sometimes but it's pretty rare.
The product is not ready, we all are beta testers for when nofio's parent company starts selling the new, actually working, product
Seems now pretty much all major issues solved, I have now very good quality of video only sound glitching but quite rarely and It is in the plans of Nofio to fix it.
接続が悪かったりするのはともかく、このソフトの起動にすら時間がかかるようになってしまった。
The current state of the software is such that even my children can use it. With one caveat, you need to change the battery you've got it connected to at the start. I bought this hardware when it was on kickstarter, and although the wait felt long, it's been a god-send for making the Index future proofed in a way I was hoping it would. Appreciating the regular updates and the good build quality of the actual unit and the batteries. If the Nofio system had come with the Index, I would have believed it was part of the system, it's that good.
Ich verstehe die negativen Kommentare. Es hat jetzt erst auf den zweiten Versuch geklappt. Ich hätte mir die Reihenfolge merken sollen wie. Aber wenn es Läuft ist der erste Eindruck gut!
"nofio wireless adapter for Valve Index" is a driver. Now you might be thinking, "WTF, why would anyone think Steam is the correct place to publish Windows hardware drivers?" and you are correct, it's absolutely wrong to publish drivers on Steam. The driver is for a wifi dongle for the Valve Index headset, which is largely obsolete thanks to Valve's new next gen VR display. It doesn't work very well, but that's besides the point... this is a hardware driver being published on Steam! Should every hardware manufacturer be publishing their drivers on Steam, too? Come on. Developers should work hard to prevent the temptation to pollute Steam with garbage. I'm never going to recommend people download their hardware drivers from Steam.
