I really like how the game looks. Do I want to buy it? Yes. but there are details why I don’t buy it. I played the demo. several times. I play on steam Dec. it's simply impossible. after defeat, an endless level loading screen appears. every time. the game is not optimized. The difficulty for a steam deck (and most likely another controller) is unrealistic. after a hit, the character freezes for a split second, the same thing after throwing a hammer. during this time the player can be killed. in the first fight everything becomes too complicated. a lot of mobs, the character is pinched after being shot.It feels like you didn’t test it on the steam deck. It’s a shame, but in this state it’s simply unplayable. By the way, they wrote to you about the steam deck, but you didn’t react, it’s sad. These are serious errors and it cannot be exhibited without them.

"Nine Realms Prologue" is is not a game. It's an advertisement for a product called "Thor's Ascension: Nine Realms". Thor's Ascension: Nine Realms is a basic console-like top down RPG "extraction brawler" (there's a genre nobody wanted) where you do some hack and slash basic lulzy minimum viable product ARPG stuff with a time limit across samey, repetitive procgen maps. Except that game is deep in development hell, yet the developer has all the time in the world to make advertisements and pay for fake reviews from the Russian review farm uncovered by Sentinels of the Store. But this isn't completely relevant because this is not Thor's Ascension: Nine Realms, it's just an advertisment for it, so it's not correct to try to review that completely distinct product. We must instead review this for what it is... an advertisement. If you enjoy advertisements, you can consume them for free on the web or on Youtube without needing to add them to your game library, download them, and then launch the advertising. It's impossible in a general sense to recommend people should do that over playing real, full games on Steam, and that applies here with "Nine Realms Prologue" too. The purpose of this advertisement is to get you to shell out a whopping $8 USD on buying Thor's Ascension: Nine Realms, and I don't recommend you do that either. This looks a lot like it was designed for consoles, but released on Steam instead by mistake. While this is on PC, it has all the hallmarks and deficiencies of a console game, from the clunkier than needed control scheme to the less than cutting edge graphics. There's 10's of thousands of PC games on Steam, and PC gamers deserve only the best. This might not appeal to many gamers due to the lack of PC-centric design. It's unclear why this never made it to the video game console appliances it seems to have been designed for. As an advertisement, this is only free in the same way that adverts on Youtube and banner ads in your browser are. This is a game demo that's been dumped on Steam to advertise another Steam store page in the hopes of raking in some cash. Just because advertisements are free, doesn't mean they're worth your time. It's important to understand there's a formal process to create a demo/page for a game which hasn't been followed here: https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/store/application/demos While it might seem like an inocuous mistake, publishing demos and advertisements as if they are full games is misleading and in some ways harmful. This advertisement is taking up marketing space and visibility that would be better made available to a developer that's done the right thing and created a full game. Instead, that visibility is given over to a demo/advert that's been published incorrectly and is polluting the marketplace. It's unclear if this mistake was made through incompetence or a deliberate intent to mislead gamers. Often developers may choose to incorrectly publish demo/advertisements as separate games as a cheap way to bypass paying Valve for marketing presence on the Steam front page, which may seem clever to them, but it's harmful behaviour and it's not good for gamers.
Warning: Review Manipulation! This product features a number of fake positive reviews from accounts known to be in the business of review manipulation/paid reviews. They're all written in either Russian or broken English, appear at almost exactly the same time, very shortly after the product launched on Steam, and the accounts are used consistently to write fake reviews for asset flips and other cash grabs/scams. The "Positive" review score on this should be disregarded due to this blatant, unethical review manipulation. This is done to deceive and scam gamers into paying for a bad product. Due to the 2024 FTC ruling (16 CFR Part 465), these fake reviews are a violation of US Federal Law.
Advertisements and incorrectly published demos don't add +1 to your game collector count, they aren't full games. It's impossible for me to recommend this incorrectly published advertising spam to gamers, you deserve better than adverts.
ну и ♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥, половину игры кнопки на машке не отвечают на команды
Completely unplayable for me at this point. The cursor isn't locked to the screen. The cursor is off of the selection area down and left by almost six inches making it difficult to select anything at all. No way to change resolution in the video settings. Otherwise graphics aren't too bad set to Epic, which the game defaulted to for me. Movement of the character is janky. This makes piloting the character almost impossible with how far off the cursor is on the screen. I can literally see my mouse cursor moving around on another monitor while trying to pilot the character in game. LMB moves the player as it strikes without pressing any of the WASD keys. So the character can't strike without moving... what? Tutorial doesn't explain that large gaps on map can be traversed by dashing, since there doesn't appear to be a jump function. Not sure if there will be more characters to play in the full release, but being locked into only playing Thor would be good for a single run through, then what? I will keep following this, but I don't have high hopes.
Not sure what the objective of the game is, after cleaning some maps the bifrost took me to some NPCs to buy, upgrade but didn't understand how to earn money, points or whatever it is needed to upgrade items/skills, voice acting is horrible, you are supposed to be Thor but in the beginning it just looks like a normal person holding a hammer which could be a lance, mace, sword or any other weapon because it doesn't feel like Thor, yeah, as you progess you unlock skills but this is boring AF. I was just killing creatures in different maps without being able to heal until I got killed and started from the beginning? LOL I don't know, all the maps look the same, man this game is a joke, wouldn't add it to my library if the full game was free.
Controls are meh. Game looks ♥♥♥♥.
E bem legal, mas tem q pagar para ter acesso a todas as possibilidade de jogo.
