If companies can terminate a game at anytime, then I should be allowed a refund at anytime.
This was the best MMO i ever played. Gained a discord of life long friends while having countless nights of pure fun. R.I.P

(I'm giving it a thumbs up, because the game itself is great. The Dev Team however, gets massive thumbs down) I really sucks to see one of the most Unique MMOs out there to be shut offline. But if you ask me, then why not keep the game up and just shut off the servers? Make it a Single-player game, or do local/community servers. What's the point of shutting the entire game down? Let us at least enjoy what we payed for. A while ago, I wanted to re-download and play New World, but then I saw that the game would be terminated and I ended up decided it would be a waste to start playing now. It'll all be erased anyway, so what's the point? I loved New World, even though I didn't play for a ton of hours, it was still a ton of fun. I met good people, had a clan going. It was fun to do raids, play music at the towns, show off ones houses/rooms, grind all the weapon masteries. There is so much to the game, and now it'll be gone in half a year. New World was one of my favourite games, and a top 3 of all MMOs I've played. I will miss it, and I hate to see such a good game not being owned by a better Team. I can only hope that a better team gets their hands on ownership of New World, to make it even better and at the bare minimum, keep the game up.
A steam review is meant to both express your feelings about a game and to let others know whether buying it would be a good idea. If you can recommend this game while knowing it won't be playable means you either don't understand the point of reviewing a game or you're a bot. Recommending means that you think someone should buy this game. It literally is irrelevant if you enjoy the game or not when it's completely unplayable. Stop recommending this game, I know it has mostly negative reviews at this point, but any positive reviews could potentially influence someone to waste their money.
Too soon to shut down.
this is why, I and many others will never buy a game from amazon again, it wasnt a good game, it couldve been great, it died to greed and was thrown away when it didnt keep making big bucks and was no longer convenient or hyped to the company.
This was a good game, considering the mess it was with bugs, dupes and exploits. Despite the mess I have good memories of M10 pushes for leaderboards. Got quite a few cloaks from that, I'll also never forget all the fun OPRs as a heavy armor healer and bug abusing the hatchet animation glitch... the dopamine was off the charts. It's honestly hard to believe its shutting down, season 10 was a massive success and revived the game - AGS responded by shutting the game down.
This game is so great. One of the best mmos Ive ever played. Unique setting, unique combat, and perfect graphics. ♥♥♥♥ Amazon for axing it.... May the company burn to the ground, and Bezos burn with it.
