Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Aug 14 → 3/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

i used to play this years back and found it was on steam its a old game but you can spend hours building a character, the steam version still has a few glitches and is not as good as the old windows version but is still playable and will give some good old rpg memories
OG player here, I miss this game so much! I had the CD back in the day but I lost it. Glad EE came out

Great game. A classic with large online community
I bought the game only to play adwr custom module, so I can't really say anything about the default campaign. Obviously, I'm not gonna review the custom module here, so the only thing I can comment is the framework the game provides for these custom modules from D&D perspective (from the player's side), and I have to say that I was really positively surprised. For such an old game, the world can be very detailed with many scripts, mechanics and stuff happening around. It's lacking a bit on the "DM narration", so it functions more like a computer game, not a D&D campaign, but even now in 2025, the framework is still capable to provide very enjoyable experience.
First off don't be deceived as I have over 6000 hours in this game and I will hail it as one of the most original and best MMORPGs ever made, it still holds up to this day in my opinion and with the dedicated servers still run by the communities there's never a shortage of content to play. The replayability of the story is alright but the multiplayer is where it truly shines in that regard with multiple servers having completely different concepts and rpg mechanics while still holding itself to the base engine. The Ui will take some getting used to, it is worth it for the experiences you will have and the friend you will meet.
Enfim, Joguem!!!!
The persistent worlds, whose downloads are now handled via synchronization with NWN itself (no external website downloads required) provide a vastly superior gameplay experience compared to the modules. I'm writing this in 2026 and many of them are still going strong. Log in and give multiplayer a shot!
One of the game’s greatest strengths is the freedom it gives players. You can create a character from a wide range of classes, skills, and abilities, allowing you to approach quests and combat in many different ways. Whether you prefer casting powerful spells, sneaking through the shadows, or charging into battle with a sword, the game supports a wide variety of playstyles.
Beautiful tilesets without requiring super powerful processors and an excellent open world game if you enjoy roleplaying with many people and not just your guild/faction. Have played this game for 20 years and will continue to play as long as it is available.
Campaigns are just okay, the persistent roleplay words are where its at, things that exist nowhere else in the way they do here.
