This game is pretty trash
ЭТО РО ГА ЛИ К этим всё сказано, если вдруг вам не понравился стиль и пиксели игры. причём очень простой в интересности
In Short
This is an interesting game, not necessarily good, but interesting. That being said, it is NOT worth it's $34.99 price tag.
Overview
The game itself is fun, a tad quirky on the controls, but easy to get the hang of. I enjoy the art style, and the level design is good from what I've seen. Those however are the only positives. The game seems very lackluster and almost too straight forward. There is no tutorial, but the game only consists of 6 keys (LMB, W, A, S, D, and Q). The achievements in this game are not difficult to acquire, I myself with 20m of game time have 100% the game. Above all this though, what really ruffles my feathers, rustles my jimmies, and grinds my gears, is that they've bought/coerced blatantly fake reviews to support their game. Overall, I would not recommend this game for $34.99, nor would I recommend it for any other price.

My Soul Forever, developed and published by Fasu Studio, is a 2D puzzle-driven action RPG that centers on a simple yet effective mechanical twist: the ability to separate body and soul. Framed within a retro-inspired dungeon adventure, the game follows a lone knight who gains the power to detach his spirit from his physical form, allowing players to switch between the two entities to navigate traps, defeat enemies, and solve environmental puzzles. While modest in scale, the title distinguishes itself through this dual-control system, which serves as the foundation for nearly every challenge encountered throughout the journey. At its core, the gameplay loop blends exploration, light combat, and spatial problem-solving. The knight’s corporeal form interacts with the world in conventional ways—walking, attacking enemies, triggering switches, and collecting keys. The spirit form, by contrast, can move more freely, slipping through barriers or reaching otherwise inaccessible areas. This contrast creates layered puzzle design where players must constantly evaluate which form is best suited for a given obstacle. Certain doors may only open when a switch is activated from afar, while some hazards can destroy the fragile spirit if approached carelessly. Balancing the strengths and vulnerabilities of both forms becomes central to progression. Dungeon layouts are constructed with gradual complexity. Early rooms serve as tutorials, gently introducing the mechanics and allowing players to experiment without heavy penalties. As the game advances, puzzles demand more precise timing and coordination between forms. Some rooms require rapid switching mid-navigation, while others test the player’s ability to map routes in advance. Enemy placement is often integrated into puzzle design, forcing players to contend with hostile creatures while maintaining focus on environmental objectives. This integration keeps gameplay from feeling segmented and encourages thoughtful planning rather than impulsive action. Visually, My Soul Forever embraces pixel art aesthetics that evoke classic 16-bit dungeon crawlers. Characters are small but expressive, environments are color-coded to distinguish hazards and pathways, and lighting effects subtly enhance atmosphere without overwhelming clarity. The visual simplicity serves functional purposes, ensuring that puzzle elements remain readable even in more intricate rooms. The soundtrack complements the tone with subdued, looping melodies that reinforce a sense of mystery and quiet determination. Combat mechanics are straightforward but serviceable. The knight can dispatch basic enemies with melee attacks, and while combat depth remains limited, encounters add tension to exploration segments. Traps and environmental hazards introduce additional risk, particularly when managing the spirit form, which is more vulnerable in certain situations. Although the game does not lean heavily into RPG progression systems such as skill trees or equipment upgrades, the gradual increase in environmental complexity provides its own sense of advancement. One of the game’s strengths lies in its focused design philosophy. Rather than introducing numerous mechanics, it refines a single central concept and builds variety through creative level design. This restraint helps maintain cohesion, though it may also limit replay value for players seeking expansive systems or narrative depth. The story itself remains light and mostly conveyed through environmental cues rather than extensive dialogue or cutscenes, keeping attention on gameplay rather than exposition. Pacing remains consistent throughout, with each dungeon section offering a mix of puzzle rooms and combat challenges. The overall runtime is relatively concise, making it approachable for players looking for a compact but thoughtful indie experience. Optional exploration and achievement hunting can extend playtime, particularly for completionists interested in uncovering hidden areas or mastering particularly tricky puzzle sequences. Ultimately, My Soul Forever is a focused and mechanically driven indie adventure that succeeds through clarity and creativity rather than scope. Its dual-body mechanic provides a steady stream of engaging challenges, and its retro aesthetic reinforces a nostalgic charm. While it does not push boundaries in terms of narrative or technical innovation, it delivers a satisfying puzzle-action experience for players who appreciate clever dungeon design and tight gameplay loops centered on a single, well-executed idea. приятная музыка 10/10, квесты с каждым уровнем все сложнее, нравится!
My Soul Forever is a game about a knight who can control his spirit. Look for the keys, eliminate the enemies and reach the door to finish the level.

My Soul Forever is a puzzle game that is simple in design and concept, which resulted in very boring game play. It doesn't do anything bad per say but it doesn't do anything amazingly either. I wouldn't recommend ever buying this game for the price that it is listed at or even at a discounted price.
