My Jigsaw Adventures - A Lost Story

Thumbs down! I didn’t like the framing story, and the artwork wasn’t as vibrant as in the first game of the series, My Jigsaw Adventures - Roads of Life. The shuffle button does not spread out the loose jigsaw pieces. It often stacks them up instead. That doesn’t really help much. If you finish all the regular puzzles in the story, you unlock some bonus puzzles, but they are disappointing because they don’t appear in the gallery if you finish them, and you can’t select the number of pieces for them. The regular puzzles have a size option ranging from 28 pieces to 1000 pieces. I think it’s wrong for a game to disable useful features without any explanation. There were a couple of glitches. Several times, I was unable to click on the puzzle I wanted to solve. To fix this, I had to exit the game and restart. In some puzzles, the loose pieces would change shape after I saved the puzzle and returned to it later. This was really annoying to come back to after sorting all the pieces by shape.

Concept is cute but when the top 3 free browser jigsaw games all beat this for controls... yikes. Also no rotation option? I got sucked in by 1000 piece count (too many jigsaw games top out at about 300). Negatives: -If I scatter the pieces, they should ya know, scatter? No, let's line them up in a one piece line and leave the entire rest of the screen empty... -Let's make it take twenty tries for pieces to snap together -No click and drag so can't move groups of pieces around -No rotation -Five minute after opening, I've rage-quit and gone back to browser games with lower piece counts, but far superior controls.

Juego completado al 100% y muy entretenido para echar el rato si os gustan los juegos de puzzles, artes muy buenos (tengo uno usado de fondo de pantalla) buena música (en especial dos pistas musicales que son muy épicas un gran trabajo de Alec Shea) y una jugabilidad que esta muy bien implementada, luego de terminar los 20 puzzles 15 desafios + 1 extra (que este último es un verdadero dolor de cabeza) que nos harán darle un poco al coco incluso tener que hacerlo en un tiempo determinado. En general me ha encantado el juego, me ha dado buenas 27 horas de vicio, 1 hora de ellas en el ultimo puzzle del desafio xD, lo recomiendo bastante, si os gustan los puzzles, aqui teneis 20 puzzles con una historia detras de ellos que para seguir dicha historia tendremos que ir completandolos ^^

Druhý díl z tetralogie. Jelikož miluju puzzle (jak klasické, tak i virtuální), byla tahle série pro mě jasnou volbou a to hlavně díky naprosto božím obrázkům. Drtivá většina z nich lahodí mému oku a bonusovým bodem je to, že je lze po jejich dokončení zobrazit v galerii a taktéž uložit, takže si je můžete nastavit jako pozadí na plochu. Hry v téhle sérii mají taktéž příběh, který je vyprávěn pomocí textu. Jednotlivé příběhy z daných her na sebe nijak nenavazují, takže je jedno, kterým titulem začnete. Líbí se mi, že je možné si každé puzzle v kampani nastavit dle vlastních preferencí (hraní s časovačem nebo bez, počet dílků, tvar dílků, rozdělení obrazovky na mřížku, případně lze zobrazit na pozadí obrázek, který skládáte). Potěšilo mě, že se herní plocha ukládá, takže můžete kdykoliv přestat hrát a celé puzzle bude uloženo a to nejen dílky, které jste již umístily na herní plochu, ale taktéž i ty zbylé, které jste si rozestavili kolem. Oproti prvnímu dílu tu jsou navíc i bonusové věci a ty mě totálně okouzlily. Jsou tu celkem tři módy: [olist] [*]Kampaň – 20 puzzlů, u nichž si lze nastavit hromadu věcí (viz výše) [*]Časové – hraje se na čas (puzzle jsou bohužel ty samé jako u kampaně) [*]Výzva – naprosto parádní mód, ve kterém máte (v tomhle dílu bohužel ty samé, jako u kampaně) obrázky, které musíte poskládat za určitých podmínek. Někdy se hraje na čas, jindy mají puzzle zajímavý tvar a někdy dojde na to, že se nepoložená puzzle promíchají každých pár sekund. Tenhle mód je to nej, co mě tu bavilo a nemohl jsem se ho plně nabažit. [/olist] Druhý díl přináší pár novinek do série a díky tomu jeho dohrání trvá o něco déle a je rozhodně právoplatným nástupcem jedničky. Za sebe rozhodně doporučuji.

This is such a marvellous looking and soothing game!! I love the hand painted art, the fact that you can change the shape of the jigsaw puzzle pieces and change how many puzzle pieces are involved (28 pieces to 1000 pieces). The lovely music is phenomenal, and you can also read the story that accompanies the pictures. It's just so relaxing to play this game. You can play without a time limit to avoid stress, if you are a beginner. Or if you are an experienced jigsaw puzzle player, you can play with a time limit. The art is so gorgeous, and is really what makes this game a cut above the rest. Note: it is much easier to play this game and select puzzle pieces with a computer mouse, than by using your fingers on a computer touch screen. That way, you can put puzzle pieces in their places more easily.

Yes, I do like this game. I just finished it. I hope they have more like it soon. I will be checking! Very creative!

Another quality jigsaw puzzle game from Cold Coffee Studios. Like their other jigsaw puzzle games this has a compelling story and lovely artwork making it a joy to play. This has even more puzzles than their previous game so you get even more for your money. The extra hidden puzzles is a nice bonus for the completionists too.

I play it in MacOS.perhaps it could be running in linux.because my win was ver2004 and failed to play. but it is comfortable, with the picture and music.

If you enjoy calm jigsaw games, this one is worth trying. The story progression after each puzzle was probably my favorite part, and there are enough gameplay settings to adjust the experience however you want. The only downside for me was that bigger puzzles became more tiring than relaxing. After a certain point it starts feeling repetitive. Also, having the reference image displayed on the side would improve the experience a lot.
