My Ex-Boyfriend the Space Tyrant

While I appreciate with this game was going for, a simple campy adventure, it didn't meet expectations. The puzzles are really not engaging, varying between completely simplistic, and poor, and the technical execution is simply absent. The game places screen elements *under* the windows task bar. Full screen mode doesn't engage until the game is restarted and doesn't work correctly: the game is still in a window just without a title bar. The game features multiple soft-locks and a python exception once dropped me in the pdb debugger with a freeze. I was able to continue playing as I'm a python developer but most people will be stuck there. The story is also largely nonsensical and poorly delivered. I completed it to see if it got any better at some point, but it did not.

i liked the story it was a bit short

J'aurais voulu être un poussé moyen à cause des bugs que j'ai rencontrés tout au long du jeu. Mais le jeu reste amusant tout du long, référence et puns à loisir. Premier jeu d'un petit groupe de développeurs en reprenant des codes de jeu en point and clic, et je trouve que certains avis sont trop durs sur ce jeu.

Gay game. Gay. Very gay. The point and click adventure game experience was stereotypical of the genre, but that's good cause it seeks to be a parody with gay representation. It's a worthy experience. I liked the diverse range of hot boys. And I liked the ambiance and settings.

If you like other games by Up Multimedia you will like this game as well.

I loved it, has a heavy 70s 80s sifi vibe, very gay lol, i might play it again. i will say i did have to look up a couple of the puzzels cause im not the brightest crayon but it was fun all the same

One of the more well known and popular Australian LGBTQI+, this has been on the playlist forever ! Being a Point-and-Click, the graphics, story, and puzzles were all fairly straightforward and almost predictable; which was in itself disappointing. Besides that, it was reminiscent of Space Quest VI, in the sort of dialogue, jokes, and its nature; which gave me a joyful and solid bit of nostalgia.

Great game for what it is. It obviously utilises stereotypes, but it does so in a very tongue-in-cheek way. Very funny game, fun and not mentally taxing point and click story-game.
