Murdered: Soul Suspect

Атмосферный мистический детектив с интересной идеей: ты играешь за призрака-сыщика, расследующего своё собственное убийство, в мрачном Салеме. Сюжет цепляет (для 2014 года), а исследование улиц и чтение улик погружают в историю. Геймплей простенький, в основном поиск улик, чтение мыслей, решение небольших головоломок и просмотр сцен с редкими экшен-элементами, а не интенсивные боёвки или сложные задания, поэтому игра идёт легко и плавно (думаю если убрать этих демонов в игре,то ничего не поменяется). В целом, если тебе нравится сюжет и атмосфера, а не сложный геймплей - это хорошая короткая история, особенно по скидке. Игра примерно на 2 вечера,но я наиграла 16 часов добивая достижения.

Одна из любимейших игр, которую я проходил в разное время раз 5 на всевозможных платформах. У игры уникальнейшая атмосфера ночного Салема, да еще и повествование ведется от лица призрака недавно почившего копа, которому приходится разгребать собственное убийство. Ну реально, есть ли хоть какие-то аналогичные по идее игры? Геймплея здесь практически нет из-за бюджета и, видимо, сроков разработки. Получился чистейший симулятор ходьбы, что лично мне наоборот очень зашло:) P.S. На стимдеке игра идет прекрасно, главное выключите вертикальную синхронизацию. Это уберет лок на 30 фпс.

Incredibly immersive, and thoroughly captivating. A spooky ghost mystery dripping with atmosphere, with some good mechanics and a great story. Definitely a game I can see others enjoying and one I can easily recommend.

The resolution of the investigation and the entire game is a walkthrough in one direction; if you forgot something in one of the story places, you cannot go back, so explore as much as possible if you aim at validating all the achievements. While the story is interesting, the gameplay mechanics were horrible for me. Neither mouse/keyboard nor controllers make sense, and we cannot customize it to our preferred uses... The demons are very punctual, horrible to go around or kill, and do not add anything to the story or game experience. They are a nuisance more than anything else. Some cinematics could have been worked on more. For example, why does Rex have his cigarette in his mouth while going out the window? Or while speaking? Detail for some, bothered me silly the entire game. On a similar note, the 'clues' and areas to 'remove' need a specific angle to be clickable. It's a pain when you figure out its location, you end up having to walk around, change point of view, and so on to be able to action it. So overall the story is worth the run, but the gaming experience can be greatly improved.

This game is made for me, and people like me, who loves detective, investigation, paranormal, supernatural, open world (albeit it is a small open world in this one), and collectibles, all in one! I had such a great time playing this game, yes the graphic is outdated in 2026, but I'm not in it for the graphic, I'm in it for a good time and enjoyability of gaming. The control isn't smooth sailing but I didn't have troubles with playing it on my controller. I'm so sad to find that the dev team was shut down shortly after this game was released in 2014, I would REALLY love a remake, a remaster, a sequel, or a series of games like this, this is exactly the kind of game for me and there isn't many games like this. I don't believe this game is a horror game, more like thriller, there is no jump scares, you'd have to deal with reaction time, and there's little QTE moments, but it is not punishable, just sent you back to your last checkpoint if you failed the QTE. Thankfully there is no classic horror chase sequence in this game, although if you got caught by an entity you'd have to run to hide in a hiding spot (it's not what you think it is, the game does very well to explain to you what you need to do to avoid the entities), it's just a little unsettling but I definitely don't consider it a horror game, as someone that avoids horror games. It's a lot of investigating, gathering clues, deducting, concluding, gathering collectibles if you're into it like I am, and there's some short side quests too, if you want to help NPCs that asked you for help. There's plenty to do in the game. I really enjoyed my time with the game and is very sad that I've finished it, but I think for the story, it's perfect length without bloating it or dragging it out too long. I NEED a game like this, and for it to have a series, take my money.

Хороший детектив із елементами містики, грається дуже легко, а сюжет доволі цікавий і інтригуючий. Хотілося б, щоб у деяких епізодах були більш цікаві головоломки — як на мене, вони тут занадто спрощені. В цілому гра хороша, із досить оригінальною подачею. 👻 7.5/10

Fantastic game, I really enjoyed the experience. The game has a unique atmosphere, supernatural detective-style story, with plenty of exploration and an engaging story. I would have liked sequel.

Душні 200+ колектблс, але граючи з прекрасним українізатором від Zackariderchi, мною була отримана величезна дофамінова вибухівка мізку!!!
