MUKKE: Music Machine

MUKKE is a story driven game, in which you make music and interact with the people in the city around you who may or may not want to listen to that music that you are making. Currently, the release features the fully usable music tool of the game, and a teaser for the beginning of the story. Even though it's only a short part of the story, I still would say the game is worth your money, given that you can already play around with the musical creation process a lot, and you can support the devs this way, so that they can continue working on the game! (And hey, it's also a really cheap game!) A few highlights for me in this game are the rather easy-to-use but very unconventional musical creation process, where you feel like you are some sort of musical genius because you press some weird buttons and the sounds align nicely as totally intended by you; the German localization of the game with it's really fun Berlin slang; and the general vibe and feeling of the world. Really excited to see what else comes of this project and would recommend this to anyone who likes playing around with music programs (or just happens to like stories about depressed musicians)!

Dat Game is allet wat man von Berlinern erwartet un mehr! >: D Love the synchro <3 Vibes are on point and gameplay is different from your usual music game but definitly creative! You can make your own music tracks and really have them physically on your harddrive! So if you get into it, you can actually create some interesting tracks for real purposes or samples or whatever. Good job on this one and imo worth the price for what it is!

Great writing, especially if you're playing in German, and the mixing of beats is explained in a very pleasant way — from the very beginning you know what you should do, even though the system is fairly complex. The artstyle makes it even more enjoyable!

Richtig dufte! :D That is a game with soul, I love it! As the title suggests, this game is a music machine. You experiment with it, learn how to use it, and gradually upgrade it by unlocking new sounds and modules. It becomes incredibly deep and granular over time! I would recommend it for anyone who likes to tinker with sounds or would like to make music without opening music production software! Also, I love that you can easily open the folder on your computer where your tapes are saved as .wav files! :D And last but not least the voiceover is sooo fantastic. I played it in German and absolutely loved the Berlin dialect. It adds so much character!

I really love the game! Awesome visuals, great berlin vibes. Gives me a lot of nostalgia. Especially the german voice acting is really well done! And of course making music and saving my own tapes is just really fun.

Mega chilliges Game zum Beats bauen und zum Runterkommen. Highlight sind für mich ganz klar die extrem authentischen und witzigen Berliner Monologe/Dialoge und die Synchro. Dass PhunkRoyal den Main-Char in der deutschen Version spricht, war ne mega geile Überraschung :D

Moved to Berlin because of this game. 10/10 vibes and beats!
