This game is exactly why I keep coming back to RPGMaker projects. What an absolute gem of a time, great experience the whole way through with a feeling of uniqueness and sincerity that comes from a personal passion project. Story is good, and serves the gameplay well. What's more, there's a few well-hidden twists that I was not expecting for such a short, inexpensive game and was excited to have. The characters are fun, they have depth as necessary, and there was a good amount of extra detail that made at least the protagonists feel more than just 2d icons for you to experience the exploration through. I enjoyed meeting everyone, and there's so much personality in the dialogue and interactions, in the exploration and notes, in the descriptions of items and the character's reactions that I was still eating it up my second time through. I also want to say that there's good thought put into the playing of the game, not just the story and characters. Events and puzzles are well paced and feel connected to the world, and I was surprised to find that I found a secondary clue to a puzzle my second time through. There's a lot to do and explore, and none of it ever felt weak or tiring. The art direction of the game was unique, and I really appreciated experiencing something I haven't seen before in RPGMaker. I was a bit worried at first that the 1920's-1930's feel would be skin deep, sticking to just the black and white, but there was a lot here that felt like direct connection to the art and feeling of that time. There's a lot more I'd like to say, but I don't think it'd be fair to rob people of experiencing the artist's game on their own. If you like RPGMaker games this one is absolutely deserving of your time. I went through and got all the endings, played it twice, and I'm glad I did. I look forward to the dev's next game and the improvements from this solid start.

Incredibly fun RPGMaker puzzle game! Well written and designed characters with a lot of depth for a free title. Everything in the game feels so stylized and flows incredibly, I would 100% recommend. I wish we could've gotten the sequel that was planned but unfortunately life has other plans. I hope the dev's family has been able to mourn and move forward in life since they passed, and I am so sorry for your loss. Cancer is truly the worst thing on this planet. If this game inspired anything in me, its to always cherish the work you make, because sometimes it will become the shining star of memory loved ones and friends have of you after you've gone.
This game was made by an old friend of mine. I really should have gotten around to writing this already, but I think this game is really good. Its a fun little point and click for want of better terms, with creative writing and some damn fine art in my humble opinion. I hope, if you're reading this, you pick up the game and give her a whirl; you'll have a fun few hours, and hopefully come away with a good day. Thank you for reading, and I hope you have a wonderful day.
Bu noir esintili RPGmaker korku oyununda kameralar ve kafalar dönüyor. Ölümcül yönetmenin malikanesinde sıkışıp kalan hayalet yıldızları kurtarın ve onların kaderine sakın ortak olmayın.
It's been a while since I played this game but it still crosses my mind now and then. The aesthetic is really fun and the characters are overwhelmingly charming. There were some points were I was somewhat confused on what to do (I remember a segment where you fall down & a monster chase sequence is initiated, took me a few turns to figure out what to do), but otherwise the puzzles were pretty straightforward while offering a decent level of challenge. It's unfortunate that the developer passed away, I only learned this halfway through playing. This game being free (I am aware it was priced at some point) makes it an absolute must for anyone who enjoys the noir aesthetic, pretty women, and cute gay ghosts
so many gay ghosts
This game is super nice and fun! It reminded me of one of the first RPGmakers that I've ever played, which is "Mad Father" so you know that it's good. It's simple, short, has charismatic characters and a compelling story! Also, I'm glad I got the "Partners in crime solving" ending right out of the gate since I don't like bad endings. I hope the developer does some kind of sequel to this game in the future! The universe they created is interesting and fun and they seemed like a very passionate and kind person, given the interaction you have with them in the extra room after completing the game.
制作精良的像素rpg游戏,剧情也很有意思。这个冷门游戏值得更多的热度。
