I love this game so far the stories interesting and good i would trust Mr. Pompy with my life he would do nothing to me that’s why he’s my favorite hopefully nothing bad happens if I trust him!!!

"Mr. Pompy's Extravagant Quiz" is NOT a quiz game for kids, it's just positioned like one. It's really a "Pony Island"-esque "trapped in the game" meta horror experience where you click through what starts out like a fun quiz but gets more sinister. It's a lame idea, and my philosophy is that if watching a Youtube playthrough of a game is the same or better than the game itself, that's a failure. Such is the case here. For gameplay purposes, because the user interface for this game is mostly just 2D static text/images... it might as well be a web page. It's functionally no different from a browser game. And we all know, Steam isn't here to compete with Chrome and Firefox. If the game can be done in a web browser, it's just not rich or compelling enough to appeal to serious gamers on PC. Graphically, this is almost entirely static images rather than anything resembling actual game visuals. Flipping through still pictures is not a gaming experience - it's the bare minimum possible effort dressed up as a product. Gamers deserve more than a glorified image viewer. Let's talk about price and the value this represents for us gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hidden price tag), at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. You can always judge a game by how popular it is with the general public. Steam has over 130 million unique gamers, and over 40 million unique logons every day from dedicated PC gamers. But this only ever had a peak player count of a dozen or so people... that's very poor public reception. Gamers rejected this, most likely due to the reasons I supply in this review. Given that this free game won't increase your game collector count, is it worth your time to add it to your library? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. There's no financial cost up-front, but you'd still be spending your time and a little hard drive space on a product that's far from the best. There's thousands of better alternatives on Steam.
