Night after night, Kaiya is plagued by increasingly vivid nightmares, however, the line between dream and reality is starting to blur. Shadows twist in unnatural ways, whispers begin to circle in her mind, and something is watching.

...I'm sad. this game is terrible. I love every damn Hopp game but this.... This is rushed and aweful... I'm going to go play Mr.Hopp's Playhouse 3 now... :(
What in the helly hell did I just play? The gameplay was meh, the story was nonexistent, and the boss fights did not give me any pleasure. I think if this game had a bit more time to be made with some more "dream" sections that are more interactive and a better health system than this game could be something good, but as it is right now I regret spending five dollars on this.
I am EXTREMELY mixed on this game. The first half of the game could’ve made this game as good as the originals, but immediately goes down hill on the second half. As soon as you get the hammer the game turns from good to hell; the slow attacks, the fact you come to a complete stop with every attack, the frustrating levels. You could feel how rushed the second half is. I could’ve forgiven all of that if the life system didn’t suck like hell. I did enjoy the story telling of the first half. I also liked the nightmare sections, and the fact that Kaiya tried to get rid of Mr. Hopp by throwing him away. Because that’s what any normal person would do. The only thought I felt when getting both endings was: “I hope the fifth game is better”. I am a huge fan of the original games (2 and 3 being one of my favourite horror games of all time). So I can’t help but feel a little let down by this game •_•. However, I do feel like it’s common for fourth games in any franchise to be the worst *cough* *cough* SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 4.
Enfim, jogo bom, porém extremamente curto, na próxima usem essa fórmula, mas estendam a história com mais detalhes, deixem o jogo mais longo, o jogo precisa ser longo e com uma boa história, o fator terror nos 10 primeiros capítulos também foi perfeito, usem isso denovo que vai dar certo ----------------------- Honestly, until chapter 9 it was perfect, but from chapter 10 onwards, it declines a lot, I liked the mechanics and gameplay, but there is almost no story, and a lot of minigames, there are like 3 floors in the toybox, then a 2-line dialogue, then 3 more floors, and another dialogue, the game ends up being the shortest in the franchise, I just haven't platinumed it yet because I don't know where all the easter eggs are, and there's the bat, that bat stresses me out every time I was starting to have fun, extremely annoying enemy. The enemy AI is also terrible, it's that AI programmed to chase you from the moment it sees you, in other games the AI was much better, the enemies were more random, more unpredictable, In this game they are extremely predictable, and in a way, annoying because they don't move away until you move away. Spoilers:
Ester is something I haven't liked since the 3rd game. The game becomes very Dragon Ball/Sonic-themed. I'd prefer it to stay in the supernatural, using amulets and rituals. It fits much better, but it's just my opinion, I wanted to keep Ester dead since the end of the second game, and Ruby would star in the third, Ester returns in this game and the same fight happens at the end of the 3rd, but 1000 times easier and with Isabelle in the Entity's place, the game gives that feeling of "wow, now that it was good, it's over" because it is extremely short
I love the Mr Hopps franchise, I love it so much, this game was extremely promising, it could be the best of the franchise, but because it has little story, and is very short, it leaves a lot to be desired, but it is a good game, but dedicate yourselves to the game having more story in the next one, Mr Hopps 2 is still the best of the franchise, it was perfect, in story, gameplay, I spent more than 7 hours playing until I finished it, The third one was promising, really scary, but the excess of mazes made the game very boring to play. Anyway, good game, but extremely short, next time use this formula, but extend the story with more details, make the game longer, the game needs to be long and have a good story, the horror factor in the first 10 chapters was also perfect, use it again and it will work, love the Mr Ruffles and Mr Hopps boss fights too, I will always support this franchise, and I hope the next game has more story and more gameplay time. And come back with unpredictable enemy AI.
Decepcionante
Mr. Hopp's Playhouse: The Toybox is super AWESOME!!! Mr Hopp's Playhouse 4 The Toybox FULL GAME + ALL ENDINGS https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CIcJeEca1j0
Mr. Hopp's Playhouse: The Toybox continues the franchise in an interesting way. This series basically wrapped up in Mr. Hopp's Playhouse 3, ending in a very nice way. Although Mr. Hopp's Playhouse: The Toybox finds a way to continue the story, and does it in a mediocre fashion. There isn't much explanation as to why Mr. Hopp returns or some other characters as they kind of just appear out of nowhere. However, if that fault is ignored, Mr. Hopp's Playhouse: The Toybox is one of the best instalments in the franchise. The first half of the game has some of the best scares in the series, and explores some extremely disturbing themes and moments never before seen in a Mr. Hopp's game. The main character of this game has quite a tragic backstory that intrigues players, and the other characters are also developed quite well. Each chapter keeps improving on the horror and even introduces a new character to the series, Mr. Ruffle. The chase scenes are done quite well and create great tension. However, the game shifts substantially in the second half during the toy box section, which some players will either LOVE or HATE, there is no in-between. Personally, I enjoy this portion of the game, it creates for some great action moments and some fun levels that are crafted really well. The boss fights of Mr. Hopp's Playhouse: The Toybox, are simple, but are cool enough to play through. The best part of this game lies within the music. Each track is crafted to perfection and seamlessly fits the level it compliments, especially the music that plays during the train chapter, that is an absolute BANGER. Overall, Mr. Hopp's Playhouse: The Toybox wasn't a necessary sequel to the franchise, but still makes for a short, fun and terrifying experience that leaves room for more games to follow. 8/10
There's a bug in which i can't find the last easter egg that is the Hornet one, so i can't complete the game 100%
