Dont buy this software. and "CLIENT SUPPORT" is dead. The software have several issues with performance in PC, also, if you even have a NVIDIA GPU, you cant use GPU for make videos. BECAREFUL!!!!! with this SOFTWARE!!!!!!!!

"I'm playing Movai on another device". Can't use a video editing software and play a game at the same time( NO FAMILY SHARING). I own both these things. How does one get in touch with the support if they wanted to keep the application and not request for a refund? Two hours have long since passed after realizing this scam. I was not familiar with Steam's policies but I just can't believe this. Never have I returned games I've played, until very recently I tried to after already playing it for five hours because I realized later it wasn't optimized for newer computers and caused the cpu to heat up(I didn't even check back to see if it's approved). I never used the family sharing feature either though, I've been on Steam for a long time. Just clarifying that I had no idea how Steam worked. My issue here is; after buying this software on this platform I realized it's so inconvenient to share it even with your family members because they didn't think to enable the "FAMILY SHARING" feature on it. I can't play a game on Steam while someone else wants to use this software and have access to my account on another computer that belongs to me which I also use Steam on to play games. It says I'm "PLAYING MOVAVI" on another device and it will end that session if I were to start a game. So, my issue being, "WHY CAN'T I SHARE A VIDEO EDITING SOFTWARE WITH MY FAMILY?" i made a big mistake buying this software on this platform. As it is there are so many rule as to how we use what we buy and I can't even get in touch with support unless I want a refund. I bought games, I bought a video editing software but I'm not allowed to use both at the same time. Fair? I should be able to do what I please with something that's mine. How is it that they don't even provide support for such issues? No Family sharing on a video editing software? It's a video editing software!! I want my family to also have access to it. I'm not "playing Movavi on another device". They're selling this stuff yet they don't have a special category(in library) for software nor does they're platform recognize software or differentiate it from games nor are there any exceptions for using software applications nor can you get in touch with any support after having bought it on this platform. In my ignorance I didn't even think I would need Steam to launch it and I would have access to it from my desktop after having downloaded and installed it through Steam. Why are we subject to all these rules after having purchased these applications, I'm aware people pirate stuff but I just want to be able to let my family member use it when they please. At least enable the family sharing feature on this. This is ridiculous.

I can't enable hardware acceleration for nVidia. After two hours of trying and reinstalling everything possible, I gave up.
