Mosaic: Game of Gods is a game of mosaic puzzles made of different materials. The Universe exists balancing between Chaos and Creation. They bring harmony and equilibrium; they are watching the flow of life. But, when one of the forces prevails, the world becomes unrecognizable.

Recommended. Story... The title of this game hints to a story, perhaps to a story on a deeper level. It sounds like the game would happen between two deities who both want something. That sounded extremely interesting to me. While I didn't expect too in-depth background due to the type of this game, I was still disappointed by the lack of it. There are exactly two cut scenes, at the beginning and at the end. The title mislead me quite well for making me believe something particularly exciting would happen between the packs you have to finish. Characters... There's not much to the characters and that's not really surprising. Still, the two main characters (and I use that term loosely) have a connection to each other. It's hard to tell what kind of relationship it is, because they never, even once, speak. So in that as well, the characters lacked depth. Gameplay... It's very simple, but nice nonetheless, if you know what to expect. I expected the Fever Mode to be a timed version of the main game, but it's not. You have a certain time to finish a mosaic and you gain more time every time you finish one. So you can go on as long as you have time. It was a pleasant surprise for me, since I typically do not like timed versions. It was a nice add to the slower, more relaxed version. If you start with a Fever Mode, maybe the game mechanics work differently? That I can't say. Art... When you first begin the game, the main screen has BEAUTIFUL art. It was gorgeous, and had quite sharp details. The colors were wonderful too. It was pleasant to look at and I expected it to apply to the whole game. But. I was once again disappointed. The cut scene animations don't have similar style at all. Admittedly, animations rarely look as good as the main art. But the level dropped down a lot, almost made it look ugly. Visually appealing games are my thing, so to be first introduced to an amazing view and then to have it change... It was a true shame. The only good thing is, that there were only two cut scenes. As for mosaics, all of the packs had different textures. From glass-like to rough, it was interesting - and some of the textures made the gameplay more challenging. Music... I loved the music. It hit me immediately when I began the game. I actually wished that I could listen to it some more, which is rare for me. I liked the main tune the best, but the others were quite pleasant to listen to too. Conclusion... I enjoyed this game enough to recommend it. It might typical to this type of game, but it has a good soundtrack, mosaics with different textures and two modes. Achievements were nice and not too hard to get. And it's not horribly pricy either.
Quite an easy puzzle game, featuring 150 different levels over six worlds. You can choose between a normal and a relaxed mode - just a time limits difference, the relaxed mode lets you finish all the puzzle without being timed. Plus, the game features some nice videos and background story - namely, the usual fight between good and evil and restoring balance to the world. Quice nice for young players too, to have a puzzle game with some text to read even if it's nothing special. Every level will have three stars related to some tasks - for instance, completing the puzzle within a time limit, make no mistakes, assemble the picture and so on. The puzzles work in an easy way - a tutorial will help us to understand the mechanics. We'll see some beautiful pictures and well, it plays just like a normal 2D real life puzzle game. Pieces to collect and assemble, that's quite all. Completing the puzzles (which have an awesome graphical touch, like they're pencil-drawn) will also make some small animations appear and well, 150 puzzles are quite a lot so I'd recommend for sure this one to every puzzle lover. I like a lot the fact that it costs just like 2€/$ and it has a wide approach, it can be enjoyed even by kids and teens since it's all explained, you're not forced to do difficult tasks and the puzzles are all pleasant and have no bugs whatsoever. If you like 2D classic puzzles and you like this colored style you'll find a great puzzle game here.
I give this a conditional thumbs up. Pros:

Amazing graphics
Decent music, though I turned it off and usually play with iTunes in the background.
Interesting puzzles, especially the round ones at the end of each section that require you to rotate the puzzle to place the pieces. I wish there were more of these.
Cons:

Game only allows you to see five pieces at a time. Would be nicer if you could sroll through all the pieces in a puzzle, or maybe a shuffle button would be warranted and make the time challenges a more feasible aspect of the game.
Overall a fun and relaxing game. Would be a great game to let your kids play as well. 7.5 / 10

Coloring Book + Jigsaw Puzzle
I'm enjoying this. Artwork is lovely. I take twice as long as the time limit, so I turned that off. And it is very easy to misclick the mouse and get penalized for being "wrong". So I don't look at any of that. Good for the brain.
From the moment I first tried the free demo, I understood that this game is going to be one of my favourites. So buying it for Christmas was one of the easiest decisions ever! This is easily the most visually stunning "jigsaw type" puzzle games I've ever tried. Each group of puzzles mimics a different material - stone, paper, glass, etc. Unlike in an ordinary jigsaw, the puzzle pieces vary in shape and size. At the start of each puzzle, about a fifth of (randomly selected) pieces are already placed on the board, and it's up to you to place the rest. There are 3 game modes. In Normal mode, you can get a maximum of 3 stars. The first for completing the puzzle; the second for not making any mistakes; and a third for completing it within an allotted time. The Relaxed mode is similar, except you get a third star even if you don't complete it on time. There the fun part is trying to beat your own personal best. The Fever mode presents you with nearly-completed puzzles which have only a few pieces left to place. There the task is to complete as many puzzles as you can within the allotted time. The final puzzle in each set is circular - the challenge there is figuring out how to rotate it to fit the non-rotating puzzle pieces. And for me it's a hard challenge indeed! All those variations mean that the replayability is near-infinite. The difficulty curve is admirably smooth too! The music in the game is very Zen, helping the player to relax and concentrate. Although some people might find the same 3 tunes repeating over and over again quite maddening :) As I said earlier, the starter pieces are selected randomly and vary in shape and size. Some pieces very unique, like the sun or the arm of some pixie; others are harder to figure out. The thing is, the "tray" at the side only shows 5 pieces at any one time. So the speed with which you are able to complete a puzzle depends to a very large extent on how lucky you've been with the pieces you get at the start. Some people call it a drawback; I welcome it as an added challenge. There's always a Restart button, after all :)
Cool game. Doesn't work offline. Fix it and it'll be a positive review.
The user interface/user experience (specifically menus) could be better, but the puzzles mechanics work fine, and it has great variance. Control is a simple click to pick up, pick to place. Every puzzle has up three stars; one for completion, one for time, one for no mistakes. The last level in a set adds a rotation mechanic and round puzzle. Definitely a recommendation if you like puzzles. Calm, and good content with a lot of variance and interesting motives.
