Controls are a bit cumbersome at first, but once you get a feel for them the game is intresting.
Launches StreamVR despite -nohmd option (most UE games support it), looks very poor, etc. At this stage I cannot recommend it.
Its not bad my main issue is the game gets no love on steam. From dev that is, it updates like once every like 4 game updates. I mean it feels like for paying cash it should be at least latest stable version, aka one patch behind the patreon but instead if you look at the news feed its months apart from updates. Like right now there is two updates between it and current. And last update here was in feb, before that september... I just can't recomend people buy this game. Like I like it, I want to see where dev is going but this feels like its more or less already abadoned. At least others using steam to promote their donation pages use demos, or they do a paid version and you get the most recent patch. Heck one I play you get a code for the latest donation version you use to activate an opt in beta version on steam. And its free here so its nice set up as I can play my backer version, with out redownloading whole game all the time and it tracks my achievments. But this just feels like it was a idea to make some cash to help with the game creation didn't work out at all, and now its just dead in the water... Full game is good though, but I just don't get why dev asks for cash for updates that are pretty much public versions...
I reviewed this back when it launched, drawn in by the weirdly lovable Viva Piñata meets Monster Rancher energy. Four years on, and while the core concept is still there, the jank has only deepened—like a fine wine left open next to a space heater. The models remain awkward, animations have multiplied like rabbits—but not in a good way—and the art, while clearly full of heart, still needs a lot more mileage. It’s not polished, but maybe it just needs lube. This is an eroge, after all. Though with those barrel-chested male characters looking like they’re smuggling couch cushions under their shirts, maybe what it really needs is a shrinkwrap modifier. (If this is Blender work, I see you—but also… help the mesh.) Controls are messy. Character mode sensitivity feels like it’s set to “rollerblading on linoleum,” and the shovel cursor hotspot sometimes jumps to the center instead of staying on the tip—making precise actions feel like pixel surgery with a broken finger. The GUI? Utter chaos. There’s no unifying design language. Multiple interface windows can be opened simultaneously, often stacked like cursed pancakes, with no proper singleton logic to prevent it. ESC doesn’t consistently close out of things or return you to base mode—the one place you’ll actually want to be. The result is confusing, disorienting, and in dire need of UX love. Like, Gauntlet wizard levels of need—"Wizard needs food badly." Except here, the GUI needs structure desperately. Even with all that… I still like it. I love trash games. They’re often bursting with creative ideas and raw effort, stretched thin by solo or small dev teams. This one feels like something straight out of Shangrila Frontier—a busted masterpiece with a soul. It’s niche, janky, and sometimes accidentally funny. Worth a look if you’re curious, high, or want to baffle your friends with a game that dares to be horny and broken at the same time.

Theres a lot to unpack here. In the grand scheme of things, the game is more bad than good. What even is the game? Imagine a cross between Harvest Moon (the new mediocre ones, not the old good ones.) and monster rancher. You get random monsters based on how you design your farm (types of flowers, types of terrain cells, what monsters you already have). This, in theory, would be amazing. The bad come from the fast that this was clearly made by an amateur with more ambition than experience... First of all, the graphics are horrendous. everything uses like super early ps2 polygons and its jarring. The player character men look like giant refrigerator units with peckers sticking out of their clothes, and the women have really weird breast proportions. NPCs dont look much better, The monsters are basically this but without clothes. The control is pretty bad, too. It really looks like it uses some canned animations bought from a sketchy asset store and there are a lot of intuitive decisions, like seeds bouncing out of the cell you drop them on, or having to zoom in really close to click when planting seeds otherwise you uproot your terrain. The game is also very buggy. almost every time, you'll have monsters come and just never leave. they freeze in spot. you cant do anything with them yourself or with your monsters, their numbers never change, and they just act as set decoration until you reload the game. but the game itself has a fun gameplay loop if you can look past all of this. You grow, mine, and clean trash from your farm, buy upgrades and craft new facilities, pokemon train your monsters by fighting them against each other or digimon world-like training facilities, then send them into a monster rancher arena, complete with a tournament calendar. You will constantly hear moaning because they really love to ♥♥♥♥ in their spare time, which is fine because this creates items to make potions with (or eat raw...) in the end, this is a "on sale only" purchase.
it has no true way to tell you how to do anything else besides the first part of the tutorial. not to mention all the current bugs in the game.. like half the time you're wondering if you could open the bloody game on windows. it has a failure to save. etc.
Awesome i think.
