You are Mono, and you are the last living human being. You don't remember how long it's been since everyone...dissapeared, for lack of a better word, but you still live on. You have water (though far from clean), food (if you count moss, rot, and other random fungal growths), a view of the outside (though it's hardly a beautiful void), and working TV (you somehow get the local weather channel, must be an automated system) and Internet (though without anyone to use it, it truly is dead). Take about 10-20 minutes to explore Mono's living space, and listen to her musings, accompanied by beautiful, mood-setting, and hand-painted watercolor pieces. It's a beautiful, yet solemn look into an unavoidably, unfathomably alone woman and the empty world she inhabits.
A very short but meaningful game. The art is beautiful, like mono. Highly recommend to anyone cause we're all corpse after all :)

this is a work of art (literally).
A recurring dream submerged in watercolor
Cool short game frfr, never been good with horror but I'm glad I got to try this one. Good night mono...
very beautiful game.
A arte desse jogo é incrível, ainda mais por ser tudo desenha a mão em papel. O jogo me deixa desconfortável de uma forma boa, um desconforto confortável. Queria botar ele dentro da minha alma
heavy on atmosphere, light on substance. the usage of only watercolor for the game's visuals is interesting, but the writing is so preoccupied with portentous mood and implication that it doesn't feel meaningful... which also lends to the feeling that the watercolor was underused creatively. i guess i mean to say that the game is alright at aestheticizing emptiness, but doesn't do anything besides that. the game is free and less than 30 minutes though, so you're not gonna lose anything by playing it. you may feel yourself a feeling that i was unable to!
More of an interactive art piece than a game, but hits the vibe it's going for incredibly well. The choice of watercolor for the artstyle matches the themes of decay and atrophy perfectly, and for being like 20 minutes long, it manages to paint a very vivid picture of Mono's current situation and feelings, both physical and mental. I really hope this creator continues to make stuff, they have a huge amount of talent.
