Fun game if sorting, organizing, and playing memory games are your cup of tea. Every day you spend your time coming up with a new way to organize your growing horde of books, and then at night you try and remember what your new system of organization was as you run from building to building looking for the squirrel you thought you put in a different spot. The enemies are a bit hit or miss, especially the webbing spiders as they are way too numerous, but otherwise a lot of fun with just a touch of jank.
I really dont know what i should feel about this game. Being alone is kinda scary. And I bought shelves but it was not enough. I bought doors but i really dont know what i need to do with these empty rooms. And sounds would be better i guess. For an indie game it is cool because i liked the art style. It is different than others. So i couldnt play but if i played with friends it would be different idk

Great game =)
the scaling for how many books you get is kind of insane; could probably be scaled back a little and the enemies/disasters to me get repetitive without much benefit, so i turned em off. that being said, i enjoy the game a lot despite playing solo, repairing stuff and trying to figure out an insane person's sorting system that i kept changing my mind on. recommend a lot! don't be afraid if you don't want the bad stuff, you don't lose anything IMO
Good few hours of fun, we played in the same room so I don't know how it plays with proximity voice, but very enjoyable two 'modes'
Very fun, quill is op.
Rating: 6/10 Monk Took Book made a good first impression, and I initially enjoyed the concept. The combination of organizing books and managing the library felt relaxing and different from other casual games. However, the game introduces combat alongside the sorting mechanics, and that combination didn't really work for me. I was looking for a more focused organizing experience, and the battles felt more like an interruption than an enjoyable addition. Instead of enhancing the gameplay, they distracted from the part I liked most. That said, players who want a sorting game with a bit more action and variety may find the mix appealing. It adds an extra layer of gameplay that some people will appreciate. - Pros Interesting concept Relaxing sorting mechanics Good variety compared to typical organizing games - Cons Combat feels unnecessary Gameplay focus can feel split May disappoint players looking for a pure sorting experience
A fun coop experience. Very cute theme.
This game is so cool!!! I love that we're seeing a lot of medieval revival right now, and this game perfectly encapsulates that. I'm really excited to play this game with some friends and up that ante. So far, I've just been enjoying it as a cozy organization game, since it's a little hard to fight/ keep up with everything when it's just you.
