About
MOLE is a psychological horror experience with tactile simulation elements about madness, faith, and the depths we choose to dig. You are the Navigator aboard a deep-bore vessel, a colossal drilling machine. But the crew is gone. The vessel is silent. And the Signal won’t stop calling.
Spiral into your own history as fragments of your memory surface with choices that refuse to stay buried. Interact with the vessel's complex systems, solve diegetic puzzles, and unravel the mystery behind your missing crew.
Keep the vessel alive as you descend into impossible depths at the cost of your sanity eroding.

Reviews
I've enjoyed the game during the drill part (and there were pretty neat decisions found by devs how to make the gameplay less repetitive), but after that it kinda devolved in a generic horror where
nothing is real, it was all in the protagonist's head etc. While there is a lore explanation for this, it still feels like a downgrade.
. Some lore details don't add up which kinda ruins the immersiveness. Unfortunately, the second part of the game doesn't live to the expectations. There are parts that ruin the horror experience (like
the angel model and the monster model. Not sure which one is worse, but both are cringe.
) Hence the negative review. This game could have been so much better.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A fascinating project. Reminiscent of the sci-fi, at times surreal storytelling of Mouthwashing. There are many segments in this game that are sort of experimental with how they're presented, especially the credits (which I found to be very cool and clever. It's worth a try if you're into games that combine their style with their storytelling to create a unique, whole experience. Admittedly, this game had numerous moments that felt like ends, but then it would keep on going. It did not overstay its welcome to the point of full exhaustion, and still warrants respect. 7.5/10
Perhaps the tightest, most cohesive, barnburner of a scifi psychological horror game I've ever played. Chock full of original ideas when I thought this genre was just about tapped. Well written, well coded, well textured. Well thought out puzzles that make you feel smart and like you're just intuitively interacting with the environment (which from a game design standpoint is an achievement in itself). It's got the juice and is just really, really good. Read/watch as little as possible beforehand. If you at all liked observer, soma, signalis, mouthwashing, iron lung, or any religious, scifi, or psychological horror movies, you'll have a good time, guaranteed.
Short, but a great experience.
